Client: KODAK
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Program: Retail Store
Area: 1542 SF
Designing a retail store for Kodak. This project is to develop a technology company to make a retail store around 1,500 square feet area.
We are developing the space plan using the camera's crosshair as a concept. The element uses the "L" shape and square to transform into three dimensions, which create the walls and furniture.
The purpose of developing the form is to bring the current situation into a space that produces a rendition of capture. The circulation is to design a free-flow path for customers to explore the product which brings freedom.

Grawunder is an America architect, artist, and design who was born in 1961 in San Diego.
In her design work, she focuses on energy efficiency and incorporates this concept into her design. She researches the technology of lighting by her own design and combines the lighting system into her furniture design by using colored bulbs. She used color bulbs in her design because she wanted to manipulate the light color on the furniture, objects, materials, and even in a space to achieve a new version of the design
Based on her design artwork, she follows architectural principles: form, function, light, shape, and scale. She presents the materials in her artworks based on stainless steel, steel cables, painted metal, and her signature colored acrylic. Through her artworks, she follows form, function, and light, using a large scale for public light, color installations, architectural interventions, and the interior to achieve the work of art. Overall, in her artwork, she redefines the word, “Luxury” in her design which she persuades to people hat simple forms can create aesthetic versions of the artwork.
