The space and previous work


13:1, Lost in Translation, was hand-set and printed at the Tipoteca Italiana Fondazione in Cornuda, Italy, by students of the University of Kansas, under the instruction of Master Printer, Alessandro Zanella.




The text was selected from Exercises in Style by Raymond Queneau, translated by Barbara Wright. This limited edition of of twenty copies was pulled on an 1844 Stanhope and an 1861 Albion, cast by Amos dell’ Orto of Monza. The type is Garamond, the paper Hahnemuehle.
