project : Architecture for animals - CENTER FOR ANIMAL WELFARE Site : kalamboli , navimumbai What is the project ? it is a animal welfare center design which includes hospital , aniaml shelter , training center , therapy center , crematorium , restauraents and residential spaces . the design revolves around bringing animal - human relationship and better environment for animals in a manmade surroundigs.

proposed site

its a plain site with less vegetataion and exixting waterbody inside the site also at river side. since the site is in a urban area , it makes it an ideal site for the project. the site with existing waterbody makes an advantage for designing rain waterharvesting and other water related designs.

Site location : Geethanjali studio , trivandrum Site area : 90 acre

CAMPUS ( S7 )

project : Film , drama , dance , music , arts and craft instiute with venue for film institute Site : chitranjali studio , thiruvallam , trivandrum What is the project ? A campus design which inlude film , dance & music , drama , arts & craft institutes. also includes spaces for film festival and corresponding spaces. this institute changes into film festival venues during that time and at normal times it completely functions as an institute. there is also residential space provided for the students and staff.

its a contour site with thick vegetataion and having easy international access .airport is nearby aand has better facilities around to host an event like film festival . thereby the site is very feasible for the project.

project : Architectural college Site : adoor , pattanamthitta What is the project ? Design an architectural college having intake of 40 students, design should follow the COA norms for an architectural college.

its a contour site with thick vegetataion on the outer edges of the site. Top center portion is a gradual slope and becomes sloper to the edges . there is a direct access from the main road and the vegetation buffers the site from the surrrounding.
