Users and Future

According to the analysis of users, this information shows that most of the people in the West Loop are between 25 and 35 years old, and it can be predicted that the population will age in the next thirty years. In addition, compared to other areas of Chicago, people in this area have a higher salary due to their higher academic level. The number of couples and families with one to two children is noteworthy. Therefore, using this information, it was decided to offer four types of plans: studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom. In addition, each of them has two to three different typologies.

Expansion Of Units

One of the crucial features of architecture is its expansion. In this way, houses can be changed based on the demand and needs of users. For example, a one-bedroom house can be converted into a two-bedroom, two-bedroom, or three-bedroom house if needed. In this case, if the number of families increases or they need more space, they can experience a new space without moving anywhere. In addition, the project has the potential to add more units over time. As the Site’s trees are growing, the building is also expanding.
