Academic/Group Project
The challenge of this project is to make a basic design for a building with complex geometry. This design includes programming of the 8th-floor building and occupancy based on international building codes. In the second stage, each group member was responsible for designing a structured system, and I was responsible for designing the Steel structure. The third stage was the group design of the building envelope system in two types of curtain walls and precast panels, considering the percentage of glazing in each. And finally, design the developable surface system.

The City of Cleveland developed “The Cleveland Tree Plan” in 2015 with a goal to reverse the trend of tree canopy loss. Existing public open spaces are critical areas for this goal. The project intent is to increase the tree canopy up to %85 (current : %38) and create three gardens for Erie Street Cemetery. The most iconic place which is in mind in site visiting is the only place with evergreen tree in that area. Since cemetery becomes the last resting place of our dearest people It is forever the place where we return when paying respects to your loved ones; Hence, I would prefer to find a common word between these two. FOREVER. Forever green tree and forever place to respect them. ETHERNITY and its shape is the concept for the mwmorial garden.

The site and historical architecture texture of the city of Amol which is located in Mazandaran province .s. this research project, the goal was set to analysis of the decay of the old urban texture throughout time and city development process. The place demonstrated in the following picture, are indications of what needs to be done to achieve a revival in this part of the city with an improvement for pedestrians, are arrangements regarding forbidding the vehicle›s movement in this area.
Amol's geographical location is based on a plain with a flat topography. Throughout history, other sections of the city have been revolved around the city's core.
The central part of Amol with an area of 87 hectares includes only three percent of the whole city. However, its density and numerous urban functions there, profoundly exceed other parts of the city.
The principal structure of the old urban texture of Amol, and what it consists of, are in a thriving correlation with today›s urban context.
