New Menu at the Argyle

The Argyle is now open Wednesday through Saturday!
From the LOCC Golf Club Committee
As the 2020 golf season winds down, we thought this would be a good time to reflect on some of enhancements and improvements that we have seen this year around the club.
Here’s a quick summary:
• Tree removal and new sod in #2 fairway and alongside the #8 green. Low hanging tree limbs were also removed throughout the course. • New fleet of golf carts with premium seats. • Remodeled the Pro Shop with new carpet and paint. • Repaired the cart path area around the #10 tee box and on the hill down to the driving range with better traction. • Integration of Golf Genius for booking tee times, • Fence removal alongside #2, #6 and #7. • Expansion of food and snack options in the Pub. • Desiltation of pond on #9 to help limit moss buildup. • Increased the size of green tee box on #18.
Throughout the year we have received lots of ideas and suggestions for how we can continue to improve the overall experience at Lakewood Oaks Country Club.
We have taken all the input and developed a wish list ranging from small experiential and course maintenance enhancements to more significant projects. The list is being submitted to Mark Reid, Brian Batemen and Steve Griesinger in an effort to prioritize and keep making progress.
