Golf season is finally getting into full swing. You will begin to see more and more activity on the course, in the golf shop, and around the practice facilities. You will also notice quite a few new faces around the Club, as well as membership levels continue trending upward. With all of these factors, it seems like the perfect time to discuss a few policies and procedures that you may or may not be aware of. Tee Time Policy Tuesday mornings between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., we take tee time requests for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the current week, as well as Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of the following

week. Simply call the golf shop and request the days and times that you are looking to play during the upcoming week.

Between noon and 2:00 p.m., we run a lottery system for the most requested times. Exact tee times are then input into the online tee sheet and available for viewing at lakewoodoakscc.com. Once those tee sheets are opened, you are able to edit, add, or delete your tee times. If you have any questions about booking tee times or using the online tee sheet, please contact the golf shop.
The putting green on the south side of the clubhouse is intended mainly for putting or a few short chips below knee height. The larger green between the clubhouse and #18 green is meant to be used for putting, as well as short chips (less than 15 yards). If you are hitting flop shots or any shot above head height, please repair ball marks on the chipping/putting green after your practice session. Any shot over 15 yards should be aimed at the small target green just over the practice bunker.
