Notice of Pending Amendments to LPOA Rules and Regulations, Article II, 2.020, Registration of Boats and Insurance.
In accordance with the LPOA By-laws, notice is hereby given to the LPOA members of pending amendment to LPOA Rules and Regulations. The following language was introduced for consideration and accepted at the July 8, 2021 Board of Directors’ meeting. At their meeting on August 12, 2021, the Board will again consider this language and vote on adoption. Current language is struck through and proposed language is underlined. • Monitoring homes and LPOA Amenities within community • Serving as a means for surveillance with company trucks • 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. shift; hourly pay (negotiable); Benefits & 401K • Requires: clean driving record, ability to lift 50lbs

BALL FIELD RESERVATIONS
The Fall 2021 Athletic Field Reservation Meeting will be held Tuesday, August 17, starting at 6:00 p.m. It will take place at the Lakewood Oaks Golf Club in multiple banquet rooms.
• Due to limited spacing, reservations will be needed for this meeting, and only one representative from each team will be allowed to attend. • You can reserve your spot by emailing Tim Martineau at Tim@lpoa.com.
