THE ICE, THE SUN AND THE WIND Once upon a time there was a man walking on a road in the morning and he met The Ice, The Sun and The Wind. -God Bless you- He passed by and said -Who would he has greeted? - they all said -He has greeted me because he doesn’t want me to burn him- said The Sun -What do you say? He has greeted me because he fears me more than you, Sun- replied the Ice. -What does he say? That´s not true. You are always lying my dear friends. That man greeted me Then the Ice, The Sun and the Wind started to fight and insult each other as never before. What do we do? - They all exclaimed. Well, since we do not agree the best thing to do is to reach him and ask whom he has greeted. - Said the Sun That was what they do, and the man answered: -I have greeted the Wind -Do you see? I told you, he has greeted me. - replied the Wind -If that so. Then, I will burn you till the bones- said the Sun with anger -Don´t be afraid. I will blow and cool his flames- said The Wind -Well, Then, I will freeze you, fool. – said the Ice furiously -Don´t be scared boy, because I will not blow. If, I, the Wind, does not blow, nothing freezes.
