As we usher in the school holidays ending another term of school, we’d like to wish all our booksellers a much-deserved rest. For those who are travelling, we wish you a safe travel. While work still goes on for many of us, we continue to support you, even during school holidays.

In the light of putting a face to a name, we kick off our feature ‘Get to know our Customer Services team’ with our intern Mpho Letsoalo. We also share the top 10 selling titles for the month of May.

Our Let’s Talk Session focused on a very hot topic, ‘How to Sell Readers’. If you missed the session, we’ve got you covered! The recording of the session as well as the PowerPoint presentation have been made available for viewing.

The much-anticipated Bookseller Open Day events taking place in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban from 04 – 19 July are happening and we’re looking forward to meeting you! If you haven’t RSVP’d yet, please do so.

International Nelson Mandela Day is coming up on 18 July and in the spirit of giving back, we encourage you to find an initiative of your liking that can benefit, however great or small the effort.
