Meet Mpho Letsoalo Customer Services Intern

How long have you been at Macmillan, and what is your role?

I’ve been with Macmillan for 11 months and I am an intern in customer services.

What appeals to you about your job?

I’m a people’s person, so working in customer services has always been a natural fit for me. I get satisfaction out of helping to solve problems, so this role allows me to show one of my character traits as a person.

What three words would your friends use to describe you?

Funny, Smiling & Go-getter

What is the most fulfilling experience you've had as a consultant?

It’s when customers rate my service as “extremely satisfied”.

How do you define good customer service?

Good customer service is being kind and ensuring that customers have the best experience possible.
