Dedication I dedicate this book to all the people that have situations, obstacles and problems that stop their aims or goals, to tell them that no matter how big are the giants that perhaps they have because there is a God of majestic who is bigger than any situation, remember that love his children who are obedient to his commandments.

Chapter The power of the Lord is with me…

Dragon was following him and Mike decided to fight against the dragon, so, he took his sword from his sheath and mike cut off one head of the big dragon, but the dragon didn’t die and Mike cut off the other head of the dragon and the dragon die. When Mike continued walking he found a letter that said Don’t think you are going to defeat all evil, I’ve more for you …

This story begins like any other story but it isn’t any other story, it is the story about the son of God. One Day God told a boy named mike, I want you to go around the world fighting against evil, because you are my son and my power is with you. At that moment a giant named Goliath appeared saying.

At the end of the patch there was a big river called black river, which was stopping Mike to continue then he said to himself the power of the Lord, my Father, is with me and this river can’t stop me. Then he put his sword in the middle of the river and he said. -The power of the Lord is with me…

Where’s the son of God? Goliath said.

I‘m the son of God. Mike said.

I’m going to kill you. Goliath said.

That’s what you think; who’s going to die is you. Mike said.

Mike picked up five smooth stones from the stream that was near him and put them in his bag, and then Goliath was trying to kill mike with his sword, but mike took out a stone from his bag quickly, which he slung at Goliath. It hit him on the forehead and broke his skull and Goliath fell down dead. When mike did it he realise that the power of his father was with him.

Then Mike walked across a weird patch which people said nobody can walk across that patch without being killed by a big dragon. When mike was walking across the weird patch a big two-headed dragon appeared and was pulling fire from his mouth, when mike saw it started to run away, but the

Suddenly, the water divide and mike was able to walk through the big river. When Mike walked through the black river he got to New England the kingdom of king Edwards, There Mike was looking for place to sleep, because the night approached then Mike asked to an old man.

Hey! Do you know where I can find a place to sleep? Mike said.

I have a place where you can sleep, but you will have to work for me on the farm. The old man said.

Okay, that’s great, but what’s your name? Mike said.

My name is Jason. The old man said.

Then Jason took Mike to his house and presented him his wife and his daughter, and then when mike was alone in his room he decided to pray before goes to bed. The next day Mike waked up early in the morning to

help Jason with the farm work, when Mike was working arduously on the farm, Jason’s daughter came to him and she said. -

That would be great, but how? Julia said.

Hi, how are you? Jason’s daughter said.

I don’t know how, but I will.

Hi, I’m fine. Mike said.

Hey! I want to be your best friend, what you think? Julia said.

Could you tell me what’s your name? Jason’s daughter said.

That’s okay, now you are my friend. Mike said

Yes, sure, my name is Mike, but didn’t your father tell you my name? Mike said.

Yes he did it, but I just wanted to start a Conversation with you, so…Why you are here? Julia Said.

Well, I’m looking for something. Mike said.

Okay, can I invite you to go with me to see the stars tonight? Julia said.

Sure, I will. Mike said.

At night when Mike and Julia where seeing the stars Julia said…

I would like to talk to God, but here it is prohibit. Julia Said.

Don’t worry; I’m going to help you. Mike said.

Chapter The pit of lions… When Mike went to his room before going to sleep he decided to pray, when Mike was praying, Jason, listened him and he looked for the guards to apprehend Mike, Then the guards arrested him and throw him into a pit filled with lions because there was prohibit praying. In the pit of lions Mike started to pray and the hungry lions didn’t hurt him, because God sent his angel to shut the mouths of the lions. The next day king Edwards sent a guard to see what happened to Mike and when he looked into the pit of lions he saw that Mike was alive then he said it to the king and the king went to see if that was real when King Edwards looked into the pit of lions he saw Mike alive and he couldn’t believe it and he said.

Hey! Are you alive? King Edwards said.

Yes, I am. Mike answered.

How did it happen? King Edwards.

Let me get up and I’ll tell you. Mike Said.

Well, I could survive to the pit of lions, because God is my father and his power is with me. Mike said.

Oh! I’m surprise; I’m going to order that all kingdoms have to praise your Lord. King Edwards said.

After King Edwards ordered that all kingdoms had to praise God, he invited Mike to have lunch with him and like that they became good friends, Then King Edwards asked Mike to be the captain of his army, because there was another king called Vince that declared them the war and Mike answered.

Okay, I will be the captain of your army but just for this battle, because I have a mission to continue.

No problem, my friend. King Edwards said.

The army of King Edwards just had three hundred guards and Vince army had one thousand guards, but that didn’t stop Mike to fight against Vince army when the war was about to begin mike said.

When Mike got up, he told King Edwards how he survives to the pit of lions, saying.

They are one thousand guards and we are three hundred, but we are more going to defeat them because God the powerful is with us and the evil is with them and the evil can’t defeat the power of God.

The next day the war started and Mike and the army defeated Vince’s army, Then Mike dismissed from everybody and he continued his mission. Mike had to go to the blue Forest but he didn’t go there because he was forgetting that he is the son of God, He went to the sea in a boat and in the middle of the sea a big fish swallowed him and inside the fish Mike realized that he had forgotten about his mission,

After that the big fish threw him out on the beach and he decided to be focus on his mission, Then Mike went to the blue forest. The blue forest was gloomy and full of blue trees, in the middle of the forest there was a weird house made of Gray bricks; When Mike arrived to this weird house he saw through the window an old chubby man who shake Mike confidence, nevertheless, Mike knock the front door of the weird house two times and nobody opened it, this situation was like an accident waiting to happen…

Chapter The somersault… Then when Mike knocked the door the third time he saw a key ring on a jar of flowers, which he opened the door of the weird house. When Mike was inside the house the unexpected, happened…The old chubby man said.

I was waiting for you.

Who are you? Mike said.

I’m Steve, someone told me all you have done and I need your help. Steve said.

Why you need my help? Mike said.

Because, I want my bashful son, Josh, to be a child of God. Steve said.

Okay, I can help you. Mike said.

Then Mike talked to josh saying…

Then Destructor‘s warriors put Mike and Josh into the blazing furnace, but Mike and Josh survived. When Destructor saw that they were alive he and his warriors escaped. Besides that when Mike and Josh got out of the blazing furnace, Josh said…

To be a child of God you’ve to be sure of the things you’ll hope for, you’ve to be certain of the things we cannot see.

I’m not catching your drift. Josh said.

Don’t worry you will understand it. Mike said.

Mike, I have done a somersault. I've become a child of God.

Okay, no problem. Josh said.

I told you that you would figure it out. Mike said.

Well, you also need to live doing good things and not bad things and remember that a still tongue keeps a wise head. Mike said.

Okay, but I would need your help. Josh said.

Josh, the best way to become a child of God is being with me, so, come with me where I’m going. What you think? Mike said.

That’s great!! Josh said.

When Mike and Josh talked over how to become a son of God, they left the weird house and they continued walking through the blue forest and in the spur of the moment a group of warriors took them to a hill where their chief was, when the their chief saw Mike and Josh he said.

Mike, you know me I’m Destructor and you have been a thorn in my flesh and an unbridled boy, but no every day is Christmas. Now I’ll put you and your friend into a blazing furnace to kill you.

Destructor, you know you can’t kill us, because we are children of God. Mike said.

Let’s see if that’s true. Destructor answered angrily.

Then Mike and Josh continued walking through the blue forest and after 20 minutes they decided to rest a few minutes on the river shore. When they were resting, Julia appeared and said. -

I was looking for you, Mike; Steve told me that you and Josh were here.

Do you know who Steve is? Mike said.

Yes know him, he is my uncle. Julia answered.

Why you are here? Mike said.

The thing is that I need your help because I have to go to Dusk city where is my astray friend, Lisa, and I can’t go there by myself because the path that leads us there has labyrinths and giants. Julia answered.

Okay, we will go with you. Mike said.

Later…they arrived to a labyrinth and when they made twenty steps through the dark maze they got lost and al the sun set they decided to sleep on the grass. At the next day they woke up outside the labyrinth, because a group of lumberjacks took them out, but they didn’t know it. Then they said.

How we came here? Julia said.

I don’t know. Josh answered.

I don’t know neither, but who took us out of that labyrinth is our friend not our enemy. Mike said.

Now, we have to grapple with the giant’s road. Julia said.

You don’t have to be scared stiff about it; you know that we can defeat them. Mike answered.

So… Let’s go. Josh said.

Nevertheless, they defeated all giants on the road and arrived to Dusk city named like that, because the sky always was dusk. In this city they found Julia’s friend, Lisa, in the dregs of the city, taking out water. Then Julia presented Lisa to Mike and Josh, Lisa invited them to her house. In her house she had a banquet for them; there they had a nice moment. This way Mike, Josh and Lisa shared with Lisa, Mika and Josh slept in the back room, Julia and Lisa in the front room. The next day was a charming day which they had a picnic near a lagoon on the mountains with a whole lot beautiful flowers around them, in this marvellous environment they were having fun, but then, Josh, Julia and Lisa went to the other side of the lagoon leaving Mike, alone; and he had bad feelings, because he knew that something was happening or will happen. While…Destructor was planning how to eliminate Mike. Destructor’s plan was to kidnap Mike’s friends, Josh, Julia and Lisa. Then Destructor’s warriors kidnapped them, when Mike realize that his friends had a lot of time on the other side of the lagoon, he looked for them on the other side of the lagoon and didn’t found them, but he found a letter that said.

When Mike arrived to the edge of the town he said to Destructor.

You can’t force me to do what I don’t want to do, so, leave my friends go.

Then Mike sharply fights against Destructor’s tow thousand warriors and he defeated them. Mike with the power of God saved his friends life and sent Destructor to the jail of Dusk City, but although Lisa spent time with Mike, Josh and Julia she betray them helping Destructor to escape. After that an old woman gave them boarder and lodging for one week, because Lisa reel them out of her house.

After these things happened, Mike said to josh and Julia.

I need time alone, so, I will leave the city for a while and then I will be back.

Chapter Walking on the water… When Mike left Dusk City, he walked until he reaches the beach. On the beach he sat down on the sand and then he saw King Edwards’s ship far away on the sea and he decided to walk on the water to talk to King Edwards. When Edwards saw Mike walking on the water he was surprised and he said. -

You are doing what Jesus Christ did once.

Remember, I’m a God child and his power is with me. Mike answered.

Then Mike got into the ship with King Edwards and he talked to him about everything had happened. Mike invited King Edwards to go with him to Dusk City to look for Josh and Julia. They went to Dusk City on a carriage and when they arrived where Josh and Julia were, Mike and Edwards took them to go to Edwards’s ship. On King Edwards’s ship they navigated to the west coast reaching a wonderful island which was full of sick people. This people were so sick that looked like zombies. Josh got infected and after a few days he dies and Mike, Julia and Edwards were really sad about it.

This island was wonderful because had beautiful houses and beautiful streets, but was a dreadful island, because was full of sick people. After Josh died, Mike, Edwards and Julia with running noses were racking their brains to find a way to revive Josh and heal sick people of the island; then they ascertained that they could revive him and heal everybody on this island giving them to eat from the flowers of the island.

Then Mike went back to King Edwards’s castle and he had breakfast with Edwards, Josh and Julia. After that King Edwards’s kingdom was attacked by people from the west burning all houses of the kingdom, but just the houses were destroyed by them and nobody was hurt. When King Edwards knew it he said. -

When they put the flowers into Josh mouth he revived and everybody got cured after they ate the flowers, this experience sent everybody into frenzy. When the chief of the island knew it he invited Mike and his friends to his house and he gave them provisions besides that he told them.

Then King Edwards declare his guards to rebuild each house of the kingdom, but more beautiful than was before. Like that Edwards’s guards started to rebuild each house of the kingdom, Mike, Josh and Julia talked to Edwards saying. -

We want to spend time with the people of your kingdom helping your guards to rebuild the houses. Mike said.

Yes, because I we can’t be here without help them. Julia said.

And you know that an opportunity lost, is lost forever; and with an opportunity like that we can’t be screwing around. Josh said.

That’s okay; if you want to do it I’m not oppose to that. King Edwards said.

Everybody were sick, because a man named Destructor loosen a virus that provoked this epidemic. We know him, he have been striking us for a long time. Josh said. But what he doesn’t know is that for every winner, there’s a loser and he is the loser. Mike answered.

After these things happened, they went to King Edwards’s castle. There they slept and at dawn Mike went to hill close to the castle, where God talked to him saying.

A rising tide lifts all boats, so, we don’t have to worry about it we have coins to rebuilt each house of the kingdom.

You have done what I sent you to do, but you haven’t finish; remember that you are special, you are my son and my power will be always with you.

Nevertheless, when they were rebuilding the houses arduously, a group of people of the city appeared trying to talk to them because they had heard about what Mike, Josh and Julia had done. Then Mike and his friends Josh and Julia spent time with this people and having fun with them, but not leaving their work at the side.

When Mike, Josh and Julia rebuilt all the houses, King Edwards gave them three horses which they left the city. They went to the other kingdom located near King Edwards’s kingdom, which once declared the war to Edwards; they went there to change the mind of the king of this kingdom because he was planning to annihilate all towns around his kingdom. The name of the king was Christopher and he was a friendly person but he wanted to destroy those towns because the people of those towns were robbing food from his territory.

In this Kingdom, named Fruitland, Mike and his friends tried to talk to King Christopher but the guards didn’t allowed them to do it. They planed how to draw King Attention to have the opportunity to talk to him; their plan was to walk around the castle of the king, every day on the morning. On the fourth day of their walk King Christopher saw them and he asked to one of his servants.

We are here, because we heard that you want to destroy all the towns around your kingdom. Julia said.

Yes, that’s true. King Christopher said.

But…why you want to do it? Mike asked.

Yes, why? Josh asked.

The reason is that they don’t have anything to eat and they have been robbing my kingdom’s food. King Christopher answered.

Hey! But you don’t have to do that, you can join them to your kingdom and like that your territory can be bigger. Mike said.

Oh! That’s a great idea. By the way what’s your name? King Christopher asked.

My name is Mike and they’re my friends Josh and Julia. Mike answered.

Hey! What’s wrong with them? Why are they doing that?

Sir, the thing is that they want to talk to you and the guards haven’t allowed them to do it. The Servant answered.

But… Mike? Who has been doing amazing things and is called God’s child? King Christopher asked.

Tell guards to let them get in; I want to talk to them. King Christopher said.

Yes, that one. Mike answered.

That’s great. King Christopher said.

Yes, sir. The servant answered.

Then Mike and his friends got into the castle and they had a chance to speak with King Christopher, they spoke to him saying.

Then King Christopher declared those towns around the kingdom to be part of his territory and like that he helped them. After these things happened Mike sent a letter to King Edwards with King Christopher’s courier that said.

Chapter God’s children, the final fight… Then at the next day Mike and his friends received a letter from Josh’s father (Jason) informing them that he (Jason) knew who burned out all the houses in King Edwards’s kingdom, and then Mike and his friends decided to find out who burned out all these houses in New England, so, they went to Josh house in the middle of the blue forest. When they arrived to Josh’s father house where he used to live, Jason talked to Mike, Josh, and Julia saying.

Nevertheless King Edwards received the letter and he went to King Christopher’s castle on his carriage. There this tow kings made a friendship between both kingdoms, for all the people this was a drop in a bucket but for both kings this was extremely important; In theses situations is when we say all’s well that ends well.

How I wrote you on the letter, I know who burned out all the houses in New England and Destructor was who did it.

Oh! He has been a nuisance every time, but now, I have an ace up my sleeve. Mike said.

Your letter said you knew where he is now. Josh said.

Yes, I know where he is. Jason said.

Where? Julia asked.

Destructor is in a little house on the hill, which Josh told me that Destructor attacked Mike and him. Jason answered.

Okay, let’s go there. Mike said.

So they went to the hill where Destructor was, right away Destructor escaped when he knew that Mike and his friends were trying to catch him, besides that he left Lisa alone in the house, when Mike and his friends got into the little house, they realized that Destructor had escaped leaving Lisa alone, then Julia said. -

Traitor, why did you hep Destructor to escaped from the jail?

I’m so sorry about it, but the thing is that he told me that he would give me money to help my family to have a decent life and I helped him to escape. Lisa answered.

Don’t worry, Lisa, we condone you, but you have to help us to stop Destructor’s plans. Mike said. We are going to forget and forgive what you did but please don’t do that again. Julia said.

Let’s shake a leg guys, we have a mission to fulfil. Josh said.

Yes, what Josh says is true, we must defeat Destructor. Julia answered.

Okay, I know where he is, now. Lisa said.

Where is he? Mike asked.

Well...he is in Dusk City on the mountains where we were a time ago having a beautiful picnic. Lisa answered.

Then they walked through the labyrinth and they got lose again like the last time they were there. After they got lose they saw a group of Lumberjacks near them, and Mike told them. -

Hey! You, can you help us to get out of here?

Oh! I know you; you were the people we took out a long time ago. One of the lumberjacks said.

So, were you who took us out of here when we were sleeping? Josh said.

Yes, we were who helped you. Another lumberjack said.

We appreciate what you did. Julia sad.

Don’t worry; we just like to help the people. A lumberjack called Jake said.

Then the lumberjacks helped Mike and his friends to get out of the labyrinth and they left them. After the lumberjacks left Mike and his friends alone, they had to fight against another group of giants that attacked them. The giants were defeated by Mike and his friends, and they continued walking until they arrived to Dusk City. In Dusk City they rested in Lisa’s house and at the next day they took provisions and arms to fight against Destructor, when they reach Dusk City’s Mountains where Destructor was, the sky became black and dark, all the flowers started to wither away and everything turned out hazy. The reason of these things was because Destructor was getting all evil’s power, to destroy Mike, Josh, Julia and Lisa.

When Mike realized that Destructor was getting all evil’s power, he said. -

Friends, remember that we’re God’s children, now and his power is with us.

Okay, let’s do it. Josh said.

Yes, let’s defeat Destructor. Julia said.

I'm with you, guys. Lisa said.

Suddenly, after they talked, Destructor arrives to the part of the mountain where God’s Children were and he bawled saying. -

The die is cast; I’m going to kill you.

For us nothing is impossible, because we’re God’s children. Mike said.

Conclusion Our lives are full of good and bad situations, which are the obstacles that make us, think that our life is a drop in a bucket, but we have to realize that the obstacles make us grow mentally and spiritually, remember that, if we don’t have a problem or an obstacle, God won’t have the opportunity to make a miracle in our lives.

Immediately, the battle started and God’s children were using their swords to defeat Destructor. This battle was a really important fight because was the likelihood of the evil’s demise. Although God’s children were more people than Destructor, the battle was difficult because Destructor didn’t want to give up the opportunity to kill Mike and his friends. At a time Destructor attacked Julia with his sword and he hurt her; when this unpleasant situation happened, Mike Grabbed his sword strongly and he killed Destructor. Suddenly when Destructor died all the sky became blue and charming again and all the flowers got back their normal form. Then Mike cured Julia and as the people say they lived happily for ever. And like that ends our charming story…
