Temos profissionais em busca constante de novidades e isso possibilita que as futuras mamães possam fazer seu enxoval e encontrar todos os produtos que desejam. Atualmente temos parcerias com algumas agências e Personal Shopper e queremos fidelizar este acordo com um Contrato de Exclusividade que irá trazer algumas vantagens:
1. Aumentar sua comissão para 3% do total da compra de seu cliente. Por exemplo se seu cliente gastar $3.000 você ganhará $90.00. 2. Caso seu cliente compre um carrinho, bebe conforto mais o bassinet, sem utilizar nenhum cupom de desconto, você ganhará mais $30.00. 3. Transporte exclusivo da MacroBaby para levar as compras do seu cliente no hotel sem nenhum custo adicional.
Em contrapartida você deverá trazer seu cliente EXCLUSIVAMENTE na MacroBaby para fazer seu enxoval de bebê, nao podendo de forma alguma levá-lo em lojas concorrentes para adquirir qualquer item do Schedule A (anexo ao contrato).

Personal Shopper Agreement / Agency Agreement (Exclusive) THIS AGREEMENT made as of _______________ 201____ between MacroBaby (the "Seller") of 1361 Florida Mall Ave, Orlando FL 32809 and 5449 International Drive Orlando FL 32819 and _________________________ _______________________________________ (the "Agent") . WHEREAS: (A) The Seller is a supplier of Baby Products (the "Products") listed in Schedule "A" hereto; (B) The Agent wishes to become the exclusive sales agent of Seller for the Products in Orlando, Florida (the "Exclusive Territory"); NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the recitals, the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto hereby agree as follows: 1. During the term of this Agreement, the Agent will act as exclusive sales agent of the Products for the Seller in the Territory. 2. The Agent will be entitled to receive a commission of _____% of all Products sold to customers relating to orders procured by Agent, excluding applicable taxes. 3. The Agent agrees to aggressively promote the Store in the Territory and to service the customers of the Seller in a manner consistent with good sales procedure and customer relations. 4. The Agent agrees to abide by and comply with all sales policies and operating procedures of the Seller. 5. The Agent will not obligate or contract on behalf of the Seller unless it has specific written authority to do so from an authorized representative of the Seller. 6. This Agreement shall commence on the date first written above and shall remain in full force and effect until terminated by either seller hereby upon not less than sixty (60) days prior written notice to the Agent. 7. This Agreement, including the Schedules hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and, except as stated herein or in the instruments and documents to be executed and delivered pursuant hereto, contain all the representations and warranties of the respective parties relating to the subject matter hereof. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
