About Marco Corporation Marco Corporation was founded in 2006 as a holding company for our family-focused retail subsidiaries and is proud to be a Florida based business. Our goals is to enrich the lives of our customers by offering brand name products at fair prices that center around the health and well-being of their family. With the help of our China office we are able to develop and manufacture the newest and coolest products in the industry and adding them to our proprietary brand line and selling to the biggest retailers such as Walmart, Amazon US and Canada. Macrobaby, the fastest growing specialty baby store in the nation with over 400,000 visitors a year and incredible market share with its On-line operation, is the head company of our subsidiaries. The Macrobaby brand holds a huge presence in South America and it is a destination for baby shopping by many celebrities every year as well as regular customers from Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile and many others. Its 22,000 sqft retail store based in the heart of Orlando and across from the Florida Mall became a reference to city residents as a one stop shop for baby items by offering to its customer over 45,000 different items coming from all over the world, nearly double of the selection of its competitors. To fulfill the operation of its retail store, Macrobaby is supported by a 40,000sqft distribution center warehouse just 5 min away, over 900 different active vendors and near 100 people directly employed by the company. Our customer philosophy is to treat everyone like family, providing exceptional and very personalized service among a sea of big box retailers where a customer is a dollar sign. About MacroBaby MacroBaby’s style, high-end product lines, and one-on-one customer experience sets us apart from all other baby stores in the country. Our beautiful, large retail store located across from Orlando’s Florida Mall opened in 2010. MacroBaby was founded after our CEO had his first child and was frustrated with buying baby products in big box stores that didn't have sales associates who knew much about the baby products they were selling, and because of the lack of trust and lack of customer service he found with the websites from which he tried to purchase baby products online. Part of a larger corporation with interests in other big retail baby stores, MacroBaby was created to provide clients with a different kind of shopping experience. Through a joint venture in 2010, MacroBaby of Orlando was selected to be the test market for a new retail baby concept with these goals: • Create a unique feeling when shopping for baby products • Carry the best brands in the industry, including high-end baby brands that most retail locations do not stock • Bringing the newest and coolest baby products into the Orlando market, from European brands not carried elsewhere • Provide a large store to offer a wide selection that feels like a boutique shop
