Café Export is a family-owned Brazilian coffee company. The patriarch of Café Export grew and sold coffee and espresso exclusively until his daughter, Carla, added a popular new line of cappuccinos and milkshake mixes in 2004. The special formula cappuccino and milkshake mix immediately filled a consumer niche that appealed to all segments of the population and generated increased customer demand that still exists today. Coffee for the cappuccino and milkshakes, as well as the other line of Café Export products, is grown in the Cerrado Mineiro region in the temperate Brazilian Highlands, 1200 meters high on terroir singular, a coffee-nurturing soil. Attitudes of cultivation include ethical sustainable practices that honor the product and assure future growth. Coffee production is a weighty matter in Brazil, the world’s largest coffee producer. Café Export coffee is processed to maintain the Brazilian coffee flavor. To produce an exceptional coffee that stands out from the rest requires not only years of experience but an inherent knowledge of the land, product processing, including special roasting and grinding, customer needs, and the highest standards that consistently create an excellent product. Café Export qualifies on all counts. During independent supermarket taste tests, Café Export products (cappuccino here only?) were always chosen as the most flavorful. Any US company would be proud to carry this product and increase its bottom line. Café Export sells 80,000 units of cappuccino a month. All aspects of production, packaging, and distribution are done on-site. Large orders are handled expediently and quality control is a priority.
