Structural System(s) _Connection Bridge inside the building has a cantilever structure. Also a composite structure consisting of steel and glass, with clamps holding the glass panels to the steel structure

Materials_ zinc, steel, copper, rubber, vinyl, glass Other relevant comments_ The building is part of a larger project. The majority of the floor space of the building consists of heavy duty vinyl, which is very durable and therefore will require little maintenance.

Structural System(s)_ extensive use of trusses and beams inside, gives the building a very open feel. Diagonal bracing prevents buckling

Materials_ metal studs, timber studs, concrete, steel, glass, reinforced concrete Other relevant comments_ The building looks similar to the St. Kilda Baths, likely to have been built during similar era

Use of concrete slabs mass construction and spanning in the entrance of the building. Structural System(s)_ The concrete slabs, which are a horizontal structural element, were set in a timber casing in-situ. The lines and texture from the timber are present in the concrete slabs, which indicate that timber casing was used. Materials_ Copper (exterior), reinforced concrete (columns), slabs of concrete (in-situ), aluminium frames, glass bricks, protective steel to prevent rusting, PVC pipes Other relevant comments_ The reception area is very warm due to the large use of glass bricks and large windows, whereas the rooms after the reception are very cool, as they receive much less sunlight due to less glass included in the design
