One of the most common comments in the Employee Opinion Survey feedback was that you want good working facilities when you’re at work.

And often it’s the little things that are the most annoying, so making sure there’s toilet roll, and somewhere to make a cup of tea or even to sit and relax are crucial.

That’s the view of CEO Peter Fuller, who is working with his Executive Board and Global HR, and Global First Choice to compile a site-by- site checklist to ensure all the basic requirements are met.

The review will also look at working conditions after the survey revealed colleagues felt our sick pay, maternity and didn’t quite measure up.

Peter says: “This will be complete by the end of the year because the Executive Board and I recognise there are always ways we can improve to make DHL Parcel UK an even better place to work.”
