Here in our Hickory, North Carolina workroom, dedicated second and third generation craftsmen practice their vocation making luxurious upholstery using premium materials and timeless techniques such as eight-way hand-tied springs, hardwood shaped frames, flow-matched fabrics, handdecoration and beautiful trims and finishes. Our lean manufacturing practices allow our craftsmen to focus on creating iconic pieces in a collaborative workroom in just a few weeks from order.

Whether you start with a standard frame or a custom frame made in the length that is perfect for your room, our artisans are ready to begin the journey of making a bespoke piece for you. Nearly endless choices await you as you peruse our fabric and leather collections along with decorative trims, nail head trim, monogramming and hand-tufting. Our artisans are ready to create heirloom-quality upholstery that will reflect their passion for excellence and your personal style.

After you select your favorite skirted or exposed leg piece, we will shape and assemble a kiln-dried hardwood frame in the size you specify for your room. This foundation is now ready to accept your choice of premium fabrics or leather, luxurious cushions and hand-applied finishes that allow the beauty of the wood grain to shine through. Next our artisans will complete handcrafting your custom upholstery with your selection of throw pillow types, trim options such as cord, fringe or nail heads all in about a month from order.
