The 7 towers are of 2 categories - the Allura, and the Extravaganza. They majestically rise to 15 floors and hold 106 units, providing utmost luxury and comfort with their luxurious caves, indoor pools, ravishing penthouses and much more.
Location - Kilpauk, Chennai
The centrally located lush green spaces add a scenic touch and also create a great view from all the blocks. The basements extend up to 2 levels, providing 2 car spaces for every unit.

College Street is a 900 meter long street in Central Kolkata is also the largest secondhand book market in the world. It has hundreds of bookstores, big and small, and is home to India’s biggest publishing houses. Owing to its unique cultural and commercial history, the government of Kolkata, proposed a book mall on the college street to create an iconic pres ence amidst the busy streets.

Providing the mall and the bazaar together creates a novel experi ence of all things bookish under a single roof.
The circulation call be provided in such a way to create a symbiotic relation ship in such a way that, 1.People visiting the mall for entertainment visit the book market and buys 2.books,Users of the market also gets to visit the mall.

CREATING A SYMBIOTIC REALTIONSHIP BETWEEN THE MALL AND THE MARKET
The evolved conceptual form in accordance with the site context. Two more atri ums are added in relation to the length of the site.
Basic form obtained from books stacked in a random fashion.
Splitting the form apart to create openings and atriums. Balconies and gardens are added to the twisted edges of the form, making it interesting and functional as well.
The bazaar is added to the ground and first floors along the prominent wind direc tion to maximize the natural ventilation throughout and to provide easy access.
