madison plus Madison Plus was created by Aimee Cheshire and Erica Young. Aimee was a plus model while attending LIM College where she met Erica. Upon graduation, Aimee and Erica both started working for a large conglomerate where they did product development and buying specifically for the plus market. Seeing a huge void in this market, they created Madison Plus. Kari Hansbarger has joined Madison Plus as the Creative Director. Kari brings over 10 years of experience in graphic design and brand development specifically in the beauty and fashion industries.
