At Japengo, the premier Pacific Rim Restaurant in Waikiki, Chef de Cuisine Jon Matsubara creates the MAKAI TASTING MENU. It is a tour of the Pacific Rim with truly inspirational locally Hawaiian grown and raised produce and proteins.
