Like all types of mechanical equipment, a separator works correctly for some time and then wears out. Still, each machine can be restored to its former state by proper reconditioning.

LOOKS LIKE NEW AND WORKS LIKE NEW

A separator to be reconditioned is taken apart, the components are one by one carefully inspected and repaired as necessary. The reconditioning process always ends with the balancing of reassembled machine, only then can we be certain it will work faultlessly for a couple of years to come.

MACHINES IN READY STOCK

Most of the widely used separator models are available in our stock. Each separator is packed and ready for shipping. 24 hours after placing an order you can have a reconditioned machine together with all fittings necessary for its installation on a ship at any place you choose.

REPAIR OF YOUR MACHINE

We can also recondition your machine. Send us the separator that needs repairing and we will take care of the rest. Following careful inspection by our servicemen, we will provide you with a list of things to be done and an estimated cost of reconditioning. If you decide to have it repaired, MAEM will cover the cost of inspection.

SUPPORT AND WARRANTY

Each part and the whole machine carry MAEM warranty. Choosing MAEM services, you enjoy full support of our engineers. Our servicemen will help you install the reconditioned separator. As standard, you also receive a set of service kits to maintain the machine.
