MAEM Webshop

According to data from our operating system, 98% of the quotations are received by our customers within 2 hours after they have sent their inquiries to us. Is this not a world-class service? It certainly is. We never rest on our laurels, though, and so we decided to improve an already excellent process and make the cooperation with our business partners even more efficient.

The chosen customers will be provided with a tool to make their own quotations. Having received the user ID and a password, they will have access to the whole database of MAEM products. The doors to making their own quotations will be wide open to them. Once all items have been entered in the operating system and sent to MAEM, the quotation will only have to be quickly verified by the account manager. Our customers will thus be at an advantage for the first time when using MAEM.

Webshop: we guarantee that the quotations including all in stock items will be verified within 30 minutes at most, which will reduce the time of waiting for MAEM’s valuation even further.

Your receiving the quotation more quickly is definitely not the only advantage of the new system. Each quotation made by the customer on their own will be exempt from operating costs specified in the terms of sale as Packing and Handling Costs. The orders placed on the basis of quotations made by the customers themselves will be processed before any others. Additionally, we offer a 25% transport discount. There is yet another advantage of our Webshop: a full access to the quotations you have received from MAEM. When you log in to your panel account, you will see a list of all inquiries we have been working on together.

In the near future, the customers using our Webshop will automatically benefit from MAEM bonus programme. They may win attractive prizes in return for the orders placed. We are also preparing photographs of our products. Once you have entered a catalogue number in the system, a picture of the part you are looking for will appear on your screen.
