Bacon Wrapped Meatballs
INGREDIENTS
1 lb bacon, cut slices in half

PREPAREMakes 36Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Cut a pound of bacon strips in half and wrap them around the meatballs. Secure the bacon in place with a toothpick.
Place them on the parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, depending on how crispy you like your bacon.
Optional: Add a sprinkle of brown sugar during the last 5 minutes of baking.
