友善的脂肪 Balanced “A bit of this and a bit of that”
Losing weight is the goal, but at what cost should you get it? Lose 10 pounds but get a flabby belly? Losing weight does not mean becoming firmer and tonner! We all need a bit of muscle, and so do you to look great in that bikini next summer. With that in mind, eating just a salad will not get you that sexy body. Get a bit of protein in your diet AND a little bit of fat too. Your diet should be 40% Carbohydrates, 30% Protein and 30% Fat, YES that’s right 30%. This breakdown will support your daily activities and not get you any more body fat. This is all very technical, making it easy it means, mix it up when you eat!
