Sara Adamo Hunter ’02 and husband, Daniel, welcomed baby boy, Dominic Joseph Hunter, on September 4, 2020. Sara is Director of Membership Services for Ideastream.

Jackie Parobechek White ’03 and husband, Chris, welcomed daughter, Madison Louise White, on July 10, 2020. She joins big brother, Austin, 3. Jackie is a breast surgery nurse practitioner at Duke University Medical Center, and in March 2020, she was honored with a Duke Presidential Award, which is given to those who model the values that define Duke University.

Crista Spehar Adamczyk ’04 and husband, Jason, welcomed twins, Grant Allen and Barrett (“Rhett”) Charles Adamczyk, born February 13, 2020. Grant and Rhett join siblings Cole (5), Nathan (3), and Grace (2).

Karen Kiczek Riley ’06 is an athletic trainer at the Rosenberg Cooley Metcalf Clinic in Park City, Utah, where she resides with her husband, John, and sons, Jack and Liam.

Emily Holthaus, MD ’07 graduated from the Obstetrics/ Gynecology Resident Physician Program at the Cleveland Clinic, and begun a Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (high-risk pregnancies) at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. Emily received her medical degree from Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine in 2016, and her bachelor degree in biophysics from Johns Hopkins University in 2011.

2010

Jennifer Holthaus, ’10 graduated from the University of Michigan Law School and passed the Illinois Bar Exam. She is currently a first year associate at the Jenner & Block LLP law firm in Chicago. Prior to law school, Jennifer earned a bachelor degree in law and society from American University in 2014. Julia Woods ’10 graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2014 with a degree in political science with minors in environmental studies and dance, and she is now a nonprofit communications specialist with the Global Greengrants Fund in Colorado. Julia is grateful to Magnificat teacher Heidi Paul for inspiring her "calling to protect the planet and its people."

Alyssa Herman ’11 graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 2014 with a bachelor of science in game art and design. She is currently working for Proletariat Inc. as a video game artist. Tori Muellauer ’11 married Aaron McKinney in Medina, Ohio on September 19, 2020. Her sister Becky Muellauer ’13 (far right) served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Sarah Reichert ’11 (far left) and Sarah Hiti-Ross ’11 (left of Tori).

Abbie Fox ’12 and Tyler Lang were married on August 1, 2020. In attendance at their small wedding celebration was friend Natalie Seitz Gonsalves ’12.

Elizabeth Myers-Bandy ’13 married Aaron Bandy on November 28, 2020 in a small outdoor ceremony. Cidney Kelly ’13, Maria Mangione ’13, Grace Arroyo ’13 and Maggie Myers ’10 were included in the wedding party. Both Elizabeth and her husband graduated from The Ohio State University where she earned a bachelor degree in theatre in 2016. Elizabeth is a Senior Billing Specialist with Surge Staffing and works at the Marrow Little Theatre during the summer.

2015

Meredith Kitzel ’15 majored in animal science at The Ohio State University and graduated in 2019 with a bachelor of science in agriculture. She is currently a second-year veterinary student at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, and she will graduate in May 2023. Claire Visconti ’15 earned a scholarship to pursue a master’s degree in plant science at the University of Wyoming. Before beginning her graduate studies, Claire graduated from St. Norbert College in 2019 with a degree organismal biology and minor in geology, and she worked to remove invasive plants for the National Park Service at Rocky Mountain National Park and Everglades National Park.

Alana Spencer ’18 studies pre-physical therapy and athletic training at Baldwin Wallace University where she was inducted into the Dayton C. Miller Honor Society. Alana plans to pursue a doctorate in physical therapy.
