OUR STORY The Magnificent Manors Team of KW Metro Center I founded the Magnificent Manors Team in 2013 to serve clients throughout Northern Virginia, Washington, DC and Maryland. Our team has expanded to meet the growing demand for our services and now includes three highly skilled Realtors® and five exceptionally talented professionals serving as our social media director, marketing director, operations director, transaction coordinator and executive assistant/office manager. Why did I choose the name magnificent manors? Magnificent means “strikingly beautiful or impressive.” Manor is another word for“house,” “mansion,” or “estate.” By putting the two words together we are telling our clients that when we sell your house, we will transform it into a “magnificent manor” in the eyes of the buyers to create demand that often times leads to the highest market price through multiple offers and a quick sales cycle. When buying, we will not stop searching until our clients have found their “magnificent manor” that they feel they have purchased at a fair value and know they are going to love living in.

NICOLE FRANKLYN- CLARKE Realtor® | Licensed in MD & VA | nicole@magnificentmanors.com Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Nicole’s founded Final Touch Ltd, a successful home and building supply company. For 17 years, Nicole led the business and invested in real estate. After emigrating to the US, she joined our team where she applies her marketing and construction expertise to fulfill her clients’ home ownership dreams. Her dedication to analyzing the numbers to gain maximum returns for her clients leads to friends forever. Nicole earned her Upper Level Certification (BA equivalent) in Business Management and Marketing from the School of Business and Computer Science. She also holds certificates in Blue Prints Reading, Building Construction Technology and Interior Design.

KIM COLES Realtor® |Licensed in DC | kim@magnificentmanors.com Kim serves her clients in Washington, DC finding buyers their magnificent manors and working with sellers to transform their homes into magnificent manors so they receive the highest return on their real estate investment. Her attention to detail, strong negotiations skills and management of the process in a streamlined and stress free fashion are greatly appreciated by her clients. Her compassion and knowledge of the local DC market lead to clients who become lifelong friends. JESSICA WARREN Social Media Director | jessica@magnificentmanors.com Jessica leads all social media initiatives for the Magnificent Manors Team where she plans and executes innovative and effective strategies to promote and sell our clients’ listings. She is a researcher by trade, organized, high energy and creative by nature. Prior to joining the Magnificent Manors Team, Jessica was a member of the consumer market research team at Harris Interactive and then transitioned to be the Executive Assistant to the National Guard Bureau, Logistics Directorate. Today, Jessica continues to serve as the financial officer for the Accord Group NY LLC. Originally from Long Island, Jessica earned a BA in Psychology from the University at Albany- State University of New York.

TAMARA WILSON Marketing Director | tamara@magnificentmanors.com Tamara works with each client throughout the selling process to design digital and print marketing and promotional materials that showcase their magnificent manors. From photography to creating custom brochures and online ads she creates magic in presenting homes to buyers. Previously, Tamara gained real estate experience in her home state of Texas serving as the Marketing Manager for a brokerage in San Antonio. After moving to Virginia, she founded and led Alexandria Cake Pop Company providing sweet treats all over the country. She sold her company 3 years later. Tamara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Texas State University.

LESLIE DALEY Operations Director | leslie@magnificentmanors.com Leslie leads the coordination of the team’s daily operations in addition to contributing to the marketing strategy and staging of our clients’ listings. With 10 years of large-scale government contracting experience as a project manager, she devises systems and procedures to facilitate execution of a smooth buying and/ or listing process for our clients. Leslie is a native Marylander and entreprenuer who founded a marketing and content creation consultancy. Previously, she held licensure as a Maryland Realtor®. Leslie earned a BA from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

BETHANY REDDING Transaction Coordinator Bethany brings an exceptional understanding of the entire real estate process having grown up in a Realtor’s® home. She has a decade of experience managing transactions and listings in Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland. She completed Recruit/Select Training process with Corporate Consulting Management Consultants, several training courses related to the Millionaire Real Estate Agent (Red) book and other administrative courses through real estate brokerages in Northern Virginia deepening her business and real estate expertise. Bethany utilizes her extensive knowledge of the contract to closing aspect of the real estate business to manage the client experience in a stress free, proactive manner.
