A WARM WELCOME TO THE HIGHCLIFFE FOOD AND ARTS FESTIVAL

As last year, we are back with a wonderful array of food, drink and craft stalls and a huge amount of free entertainment for the whole family. In these financially hard times for all of us and for many businesses, we are enormously grateful to our wonderful sponsors, without whom we couldn’t run the festival. A map in the centre of this programme details where you can find everything including a note of our two festival Information points (Kiteleys on the High Street and Tent at the entrance to The Green). You’ll find the most up to date list of our traders and times for the entertainment at the Information points.

We are looking forward to welcoming renowned chefs Cyrus Todiwala, Lesley Waters and James Golding to our cookery demonstration stage on The Green and they will be joined by leading chefs from our local restaurants and hotels. There will be an entertainment stage at each end of the village offering a wide range of talent to suit all

ages and tastes. Literally everything from the Swing Unlimited Community Band to music from soloists and local groups. Children can get green fingers in the ‘Grow Your Own’ tent, make biscuits with Sarah B in our Kids Kitchen and take part in a special treasure hunt on The Green. In addition, we have a children’s activity tent this year with drama, dance, fitness, nature, craft – and more.

The Festival provides some wonderful shopping opportunities ranging from over 100 artisan food and drink stalls, mainly situated in the High Street, to over sixty specially curated craft stalls all of which will be on the Green.

There will be regular updates on our website, Facebook and Instagram pages so please check those for any changes we may have to make.

The Highcliffe Food & Arts Festival is a great favourite of ours as it seamlessly blends some of the finest local producers & chefs alongside some of the finest (in our opinion) local artists and crafters.

The Little Craft Shack is a Christchurch based community of select creatives from Dorset, Hampshire and further afield. It is a growing community created by two local friends, Loz & Kat, who share a love of handmade, beautiful and unique gifts.

Highcliffe Food & Arts Festival is the perfect event to showcase the wonderful skills of Artists & Creatives that exist in our local area.

On this page we share with you an enticing selection of some of the arts & crafts that will be available at this year’s family festival. As you stroll around The Green, you will find demos and workshops dotted amongst the gazebos. We hope it inspires the creativity in you.
