Ingredients

Half a pack of penne pasta

Advertisement

Salt to taste

Tablespoon of butter

Black pepper to taste

Tablespoon of pesto

Six fresh plum tomatoes

Method

• Boil half a pack of penne pasta in salted water.

• When cooked, drain in a colander.

• Using the same pan, add a tablespoon of butter and add the drained pasta. • Add a touch of black pepper and two tablespoons of pesto.

• Chop six fresh plum tomatoes and stir them in.

Hey Pesto! A delicious easy pasta recipe.

If you don’t have pesto, sprinkle a little grated cheese over the top before serving.
