His lyrics are funny, his performance is exuberant and his music is a mix of folk, pop and garage rock. TIVOLIVREDENBURG > Brad Mehldau Trio [20:15] Brad Mehldau is one of the most important pianists of modern jazz. With his natural feel for harmony he manages to jump from one genre to another. This evening he’s bringing along double bass player Larry Grenadier and drummer Jeff Ballard. TIVOLIVREDENBURG > Thank God It’s Donna [20:30] This revue full of glitter and glamour is completely dedicated to the true queen of disco Donna Summer. UTRECHT BOTANIC GARDENS FROM 1 MAR > Botanic Gardens The gardens, which are among the oldest university gardens in the Netherlands, are located in the heart of Utrecht Science Park around the 19th-century Fort Hoofddijk. They are home to some of the world’s most beautiful plants and flowers.
