Refund Rules 1. Prescribed Refund Application Form can be obtained from our office or website. Refund request made verbally or through phone/email/fax shall not be entertained in any case. 2. Refund Application in the prescribed format will be accepted along with original fee receipt, Identity Card, Attendance Card as per the slab wise last dates mentioned in Coursewise Refund Table No refund will be made after the Third Refund Last Date , except special cases as below. 3. Refund rules are SAME even A. If a student join late or B. if a student don't join or attend even a single class at all after depositing the fee. 4. Refund Rules 1. Prescribed Refund Application Form can be obtained from our office or website. Refund request made verbally or through phone/email/fax shall not be entertained in any case. 2. Refund Application in the prescribed format will be accepted along with original fee receipt, Identity Card, Attendance Card as per the slab wise last dates mentioned in Coursewise Refund Table. No refund will be made after the Third Refund Last Date , except special cases as below. 3. Refund rules are SAME even A. If a student join late or B. if a student don't join or attend even a single class at all after depositing the fee. 4. All legal matters subjected to Kota (Rajasthan) Jurisdiction only. Special Case for Refund After Third Refund Last Date Student is entitled for refund of 50% of total amount payable (Less Scholarship, if any) after 30 Days, only if he/she gets Admission in Medical / Engineering College for MBBS / BDS / B.Tech. / B.E. / B.Arch. through any Competitive Exam. How to Submit Application Form 1.

How to Submit Application Form for course where admission is through Scholarship Cum Admission Test / Admission Test Send completely filled Application Form along with requisite enclosures to our Corporate Office (KOTA). or it can also be submitted in person at our Corporate Office (KOTA ) / Center Office (Chandigarh / Ahmedabad). Completely filled Application Form should reach us at least two days before the Test Date. Generate & print your Test Admit Card from our website and affix a recent passport size color photograph on it and bring the same at the opted Test Center. Note : 1. Without completely filled Admit Card you will not be allowed to appear in Test . 2. For admission in a Phase, student may appear in any one Test conducted before the date of Course Commencement.

Fee Deposition Modes Fee can be deposited only after qualifying the Test for courses where Scholarship Cum Admission Test / Admission Test is applicable.

Student may deposit their fee through any of the following modes. MODE-1 Fee can be deposited through Net Banking facility available at our website. MODE-2 Fee can also be deposited at any of Central Bank of India / Axis Bank Branches after downloading Fee Challan from our website. MODE-3 Fee can also be deposited through Single Crossed Demand Draft / Pay-Order of requisite amount. a.

Demand Draft / Pay-Order should be in favour of "ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE, KOTA" from Nationalized Bank, payable at Kota (Raj.).

Student must write his/her Name, Centre Name (Kota / Chandigarh / Ahmedabad), Form Number, Course Code, Mobile No. on the back side of Demand Draft / Pay-Order.

BY POST : Demand Draft can be sent through post / courier. Make sure that FEE must be received at our Corporate Office two days before the course commencement date.

BY HAND : To deposit demand draft by hand at our office, first the student has to collect a pre-printed fee challan from our Corporate Office (KOTA ) / Center Office (Chandigarh / Ahmedabad) and fill it carefully while depositing.

MODE-4 Fee can also be deposited at Corporate office (KOTA )by swiping Credit Card / Debit Card. ( Bank Transaction Charges Extra) 타 After fee deposition student must collect their Unique Electronic ID-CARD by showing the original fee receipt. 타 After completing the Admission process, Student's Batch Details will be sent to him/her by SMS on Mobile No. as specified in

How to Avail SCHOLARSHIP (ASPS - ALLEN Scholarship for Preparatory Studies) How to Apply for ASPS : 1. 2. 3. 4.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM is available on demand at Front Office and can also be downloaded from the website. To avail the scholarship, student has to produce required documents (as mentioned below) along with the scholarship application form at earliest at our Corporate Office (KOTA ) / Center Office (Chandigarh / Ahmedabad). Students for whom the X or XII Board Result is awaited at the time of Admission can also apply for scholarship at later stage (before last date) with the below mentioned documents, if eligible. Disbursement of scholarship will be done in August 2013 or 1 month from the date of Application (whichever is later) through CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, STUDENT CARD. For NURTURE Course (Classroom Contact Programme) student, the scholarship will be provided only in FIRST Academic Session. Regular fee shall be applicable during second year.
