SILO RECONVERSION RETHINKING MUTING INDUSTRIAL CITIES AND STRUCTURES
Today, cities are constantly changing, our goal is to rethink the city by its changes. Indeed, the industrial activity that has strongly forged the identities of cities, is today facing a change in its activity caused by globalization and changes in the city. Rethink this precious land reserve in the middle of the city offers real potential for the redevelopment of the city while retaining the industrial identity of the place. The silo is unveiled as a landmark in the industrial area of Sfax , marking the urban landscape and capable of redefining a new image to the city while retaining the industrial identity of the place.

he National Museum of Carthage is an archaeological museum located on the hill of Byrsa in the heart of the city of Carthage in Tunisia. It is one of the two main archaeological museums of Tunisia after the National Museum of the Bardo. The new design aims to connect the building to the archelogical site, by directing the perspective of the visitor to the Site. Moreover,the work is also done on the interior in order to accomplish better quality challenging intarnational museums in order to be more atractive to tourists and visitors.

DORMS FOR STUDENTS DORMS FOR ARCHITECTURE STUDENTS SIDI BOUSAID - TUNISIA
The main concept for this project , was to design a Dorm that reflects the image of an architect starting from the qualities of an architect : immagination, creativity,freedom.. So the project was composed of three raised parallelepiped forming the place for sleeping, and another volume that connects those three shapes and covered by a dynamic roof with a shell structure definig the place of co-working and sharing between students.

As a design for a car desiger, movement and speed were the key words in my conception. Located on a hill, in front of of the sea: the goal was to make benifit of the site potentiality and make a design that shows and express well the job of its owner. It is a 3 floors house oriented to the Est-South which is the best orientation in Tunisia in order to enjoy the morning sun.

KAIRA LORO COMPETITION CULTURAL CENTER SENEGAL
The “Under Tree Culture” project is an attempt to reinterpret the way culture has always been passed on in the region. This cultural center aims to preserve the heritage through a building that carries a vision for the future that does not cut with the past, promotes old customs, arts and peace. To that effect, the design relies on a set of architectural principles brought to life through a conception where the outdoor and the indoor interpenetrate and where the natural shadows of the tree and the shadows created by the roof and structure merge into a continuous shade.

I had the opportunity to participate in this international student competition with a friend. The subject intrigued me since it is part of the same theme as my thesis subject “towards the rewriting of the industrial heritage new vision at Silo de Sfax”, which consists in transforming the industrial places in mutation towards places of life for citizens. We have tried to highlight the industrial heritage of the city of Sfax and to give a new image to these spaces which have contributed so much to the evolution of the city and to create an urban place conducive to the well-being and comfort of the city. All this in an ecological and sustainable logic so that our project can fit into a future vision of the area.

This is an agricultural land of 13 Ha located in the town of Morneg served by an agricultural track. The topography of the land is quite particular with 26m of difference between the highest point and the lowest. This rather particular typology as well as the presence of JBAL RSAS nearby presents a major potential to be explored during our design.
BIOCLIMATIC A P P R O A C H
