LEARNER
Although the lessons are conducted in a group, each student gets individual attention from the teacher during the segments on repertoire playing. This allows them to either advance steadily or at a more leisurely pace if they cannot find time to practice at home. In this way, each student achieves learning milestones at his or her own pace. You can join the class anytime without worrying about age and lagging behind in class.
The course textbooks contain a variety of famous pieces (classical masterpieces, e.g. Für Elise, Turkish March; jazz standards, e.g. Tea for Two; Disney songs, e.g. Sleeping Beauty “Waltz”). For all pieces, Yamaha adds arrangements and opulent accompaniments, and the experience gained from playing them along with orchestras or bands gives the students a special worldview of each piece and nurtures their creativity.

SKILLS To further enhance the basic skills developed, students will also experience the joy of playing music together with their classmates, an experience unachievable in an individual lesson setting. Through finger exercises, ensemble playing and singing melodies, students are effectively trained in acquiring finger technique, good rhythm sense and singing in correct pitch.

In the classroom and at home, students have access to videos and sound recordings that reinforce the correct playing techniques and allow practice with musical and rhythmic accompaniment. The use of technology serves to support the MFC students’ music education journey.
DRUMS Course One of the most popular Yamaha courses worldwide, this group course teaches not only kit playing, but proper technique and reading skills. The up-to-date material and accompaniments make this the ideal starting point for all drummers.

RECORDING & Rehearsal Room Our goal has always been to build a safe and affordable place for musicians to create music in The Woodlands area. At Teora, bands can rent space to rehearse, record and work on their music productions. We strive to make every project the best that it can be at the best possible price. We keep our prices low because we dont want cost to be an obstacle to quality music production.
This essential bilingual class introduces your little one to the joy of music through the Yamaha core principles of Comprehensive Music Education, Group Lessons and Timely Education in a fun and educational environment.
Incorporating music from around the world, children and their loved ones vocalize, move, listen, and play instruments as a part of every class. Our activities help you and your child to develop rhythm, confidence, and a love for singing and playing instruments.
Research shows that children who are exposed to music at an early age benefit from enhanced development in several areas: social-emotional, fine and gross motor, sensory, language and cognitive.
We move through a series of activities designed to encourage vocalization, exploration of instruments and the sounds that they make. Little musicians will also learn to internalize the beat of music and express it through the tapping of instruments.
