The Client desires to develop commercial building in a pivotal area in-muscat as the Site lies near numerous events and touristic attractions such-as Muscat Opera House. The project-has a land area around 3,000 square meters and total built-up area around19,000 square meters. Our design team has designed a unique building that can serve more than one purposely creating an atrium that divides-the mass into two main buildings-connected by bridges increasing the-external facade and views of the main-anchors.
