Born in Lamezia Terme 39 years ago, Anton Giulio Grande studied at Polimoda in Florence and then at Fit in New York. At the age of 23 he participated in the parade of the Spanish Steps and has captured the attention of the critics collaborating first with the atelier of the Fontana sisters, then with the Gattinoni. Since 1996 he has launched his first collections Anton Giulio Grande. Today Mr. Grande is one of the most respected fashion designers in Haute Couture. His clothes are meant for a sensual-chic woman, who uses charms as a tool of seduction. Te success of his collections is linked to the spotlight of the star system, but also to the quality of high fashion garments made completely by hand by his dressmakers ‘’ Calabria, skilled craftsmen and precious custodians of ancient textiles rituals and traditional embroidery techniques.
