“STAINED GLASS” DREIDELS Nursery is busy doing many pre-Chanukah projects, including prep for their Thurs 12/13 singing performance. They cut & pasted tissue pieces onto wax paper and put it in between a black dreidel cutout to make stained-glass-like Dreidels, see the window light shine through! On right is the letter Zayin (first letter of Zayit, LAST WEEK’S “TORAH-TIMES” and Zilpa! Plus Rabbi Rubin gave each student Hebrew for olive) which (plus a few school visitors) a full-color “Maariv” kids painted using sliced WEDDING DECEPTION booklet, with allusions and references to all olives as the paint-stamp! On Wednesday before Thanksgiving last week, things about Yaakov, including this Wedding They also made oil jugs to Rabbi Rubin and his 6th grade “Torah-Times” deception that was catered by La Vanne and go along with the Zayinclass made an exciting presentation just after strictly follows local custom (as Lavan did). Zayit olive prints… lunch. It was called a “Wedding Deception of MAIMONIDES Yaakov and Rachel… 404 Partridge Street oops, Leah!” They brought out a wedding Albany NY 12208 cake that was iced and decorated “Mazal Tov”, but when they had a lot of trouble when they tried to cut it, because it was a fake cake (leave it to trickster Lavan!) with icing covering a sheet of cardboard, and a brick underneath it - no cake! In the end, they brought out 3 real cakes (delicious strawberry shortcake, with real strawberries!) one for Leah, one for Rachel and double-cake of Bilha
