In our own printing plant in Blekinge county we print not only totally new patterns each season, but also variations of our former successful textiles. In that way you can live a long time with your Mairo textiles, you can combine and add when you are in the mood. Because we give shape and produce all our products under our own management, the time between idea and ready product is very short. That also gives us possibilities to prepare tailor-made products in relatively small amounts, such as a changed printing colour combination, new cushion shape, etc. - just to meet the particular client’s demands for unique solutions.

Our products Fabrics We always print on fabrics consisting of natural fibres, such as pure linen, half-linen and pure cotton. Some patterns are also available in waxcoated fabric. Sold by metre. Size: width 148 cm.
Roller blind Pull cord for the left or right side. Hem with a round list. Sizes: Width 80-140 cm. Length 175-185 cm. Some patterns are available in 160 cm width. D-fabric = blackout.
Cushions All of our patterned pillows are available in the dimension 48x48 cm. Some patterns have several sizes and models. All cushions are sold with an inner pillow composed of 50% feather and 50% down. Cushion cover is removable and has a zipper. Remove the inner cushion and turn cover inside out before washing
Bed set 100 % cotton. Sizes: 70x80 cm, 100x130 cm and 150x200 cm.
Blankets Size: 70x90 cm Available in different models with fleece, flannel or denim.
Care instructions Soak before washing. Wash separately at 40째. Do not tumble dry. Curtains should be dry-clean. Do not use detergents or rinsing agents containing optical brighteners. Liquid soap is recommended. Iron on reverse side. Do not centrifugation waxcoated fabric. Stretch all linen fabrics after washing. Expected shrinkage after washing or dry-cleaning 3-4%. Handwash is recommend for trays, cutting boards, pot coasters and beverage coasters. 4

Busungar ”My first pattern for Mairo Tiny started with a self portrait. The girl in the blue dress with curly hair is me. I got inspiration for the rest of the figures from my children, Alan and Rita. They have always loved to dress out. Alan happily went to school dressed like Batman, a Policeman or a Firefighter all the way up to first grade, without worrying about what his friends thought. However, she created this childhood pattern with sensitivity and intuition and without knowing what they were about or what they meant. The idea with this pattern was that it could suite older kids. If you have a white kid’s room, you can pick one color in the pattern and make a back-wall in just that particular color. Maybe an elephantblue or crocodile-green would be great. Take a piece of fabric to the color store and they will give you the exact same color.
