In between walls. For this project, we need to arrange a research facility for the UNESCO in Ses Peixes, a protected natural park in Ibiza. We will make facilities for the study of the traditional construction materials and make bedrooms for the investigators. The location is a protected area, therefore we decide to make small buildings constructed with the traditional local tecniques. We will recover the water canals that were forgotten for a long time and will put our buildings along them, so the people coming to these facilities will be able to see the local fauna and flora from inside of the buildings.

The hidden parking. For this project, Tesla needs an installation to store cars with some administration areas, showrooms etc.The site is located on a hillside with a big slope. Around the site, there is a natural forest area where many species of animals and plants live in. For this project, I took two big decisions. The first one was to reduce the visual impact by hiding part of the building underground and covering the visible part using wood. This measure helps the thermal conditions and help the building co-existing with the surroundings. The second decision was to hide the traffic of trucks and cars that will supply the vehicles for the installation and that affect to the peaceful valley life. With that propose I put the traffic track underground, connecting it with the also underground parkings of the different buildings. This way I manage to create a building capable of co-existing with the surroundings despite the traffic that its function involves

The end. The town of Hostalric located in Catalonia, needed a new cemetery. The location has a strong unevenness and it was located under the towns medieval fortress. To solve the hight difference, I tried using the fewer lever curves as posibles. This way, following the courves and orthogonalizing them, I manage to generate a flat graveyard with not much ground movements in the proyect. This also allowed me to easily generate terraces, that avoid the views of the resting places from the towns views. This terraces also generate some viewpoints were people could meditate, be in peace or cry their losst ones. The project will be mainly constructed by walls made of the little amount of ground that was needed to move for the terraces, so from the town bellow the cemetery will go unnoticed, giving importance to the medieval fortress above.

The in side street. Located in Barcelona, next to the Molina Square, we were told to build a really complex project. We need to make a building that could have inside a lot of different functions: a familly doctor, a nursing home, a kindergarten, apartments and a parking for all the installations. Because of the difficulty of mixing all the uses in only a building, I decide to generate different volumes connected by a public street in Pb, This street also make an easier union between the neighbourhood with the Molina Square. For making a sense of unity, all the buildings were made the same way and using the same materials. The buildings were united by the vertical conexión of stairs and elevator and by some bridges, so there is always a possible circulation between buildings.

New belgrad. In this project we needed to design a new area tor the city of New Belgrad. After analysing the existing city of New Belgrade we discover that it was built by massive buildings repeated many times, giving an appearance of endless repetition. The site and the area we were told to work with was very big, so I decided to make a pattern that could be moved and repeat with differences. This way, even if the city is made by the same shapes, there will never be a sense of repetition.The grid will be composed by 9 squares, collocated in 3x3, been the one in the middle a park visible from the rest of them. The goal of the project was to create different perspectives showing our idea of the new city.

The conexion. Plaza España is one of the biggest squares in Barcelona, and even it wasn't designed for cars, in the last century they have taken the absolute control of it. Now the world is facing times where the vehicle is losing his importance in the city and the pedestrians are taking over the city again. Due to that, my project focuses himself on giving the square back to the pedestrians. With that in mind, I make tree crosswalks that connect the city to the center of the square, so the fountain becomes visible and full of life again. I also make an easier way of entering and going out of the underground by connecting all the different underground and train lines with the crosswalks. Making the middle point of the square the connection between 3 different neighbourhoods and 3 different underground and train lines, facilitating the access and communication in the city for the pedestrians.

New life. In this project we realise due to corona that many ofice buildings maight have to find a new use, and nowing that the population in japan is aging, we decided to give a new life to one of those office buildings becoming it in to a residence for old people. Japan has one big problem with the isolation and loneliness among elderly people, so we wanted to make a space were they were forced to dialogue and relate among each others. With that in mind, we make the rooms without kitchen, so they have to share it, giving them the opportunity to share cooking skills and learn ones from anothers. The apartment can also be open to the public plazas by the living room, giving them the opportunity to generate a community with their neighbours like happens in the countryside towns, but inside a building.
