We live in a society where nobody wants to get in trouble, and prefers to remain silent and action less. We live in a time where the values are inanimate objects, because of this; the new generations are growing to be uncaring and less inspiring. The respect to people has decreased gravely, beginning with the young people who don’t respect their own body. According to numbers of the general hospitals, from 2000 to 2002, the numbers of 18-year-old pregnant minor women has doubled and only in January, 2003 there were 79 pregnancies registered officially in general hospitals of Torreon and Matamoros, involving 13 and 14-year-old children and the same level of gravity is observed in areas of the drug and alcohol.

If you are going to visit a restaurant of Mexican food, you will probably found some of this dishes and this is my recommendation to you: 1. Chiles rellenos: this is a dish typical from Puebla, that are filled, covered with mass and fry. The way of filling those changes according to the region, the most common is with cheese and grains of corncob. 2. Frijoles charros (cowboys beans): A typical recipe from Jalisco, It is prepared by beans cooked with onion, garlic, chili, bacon, sausages and pork scratching. Other common ingredients are tomatoes, coriander, ham, sauce, meat and pork sausage. It is excellent to accompany with roast meat though also it might serve it as plate of entry. 3. Carnitas de Puerco: It is prepared with fresh meat of the pork and they can be all his parts. It owes fries, in abundant lard of pork to very slow fire until he acquires the wished term. It can be served with prickly pears, tortillas and sauces. 4. Birria: Is typical from Jalisco Based of meat of lamb (or meat of goat), prepared in sauce of many spices and chiles cooked to the oven. Is served in deep plate, bathed with the resultant sauce of his boiling and it can enrich with bad onion, red sauce of chili of tree, lemon and tortillas. 5. amales de mole: Typical from Puebla. Of landfill chicken is mixed with black mole. Wrapped in leaves of banana tree. They smear themselves with a very thin cap of mass and in the center is the mix. They are cooked to the steam. It can be served with rice.

Do you remember those times when you saw cartoons all the day and never got tired? Some people say that you have already grown up but you are never too old to see those cartoons. First I’m going to start remembering some cartoons that aren’t too old but they are not aired in the television anymore. This is about a crazy bird with blue body and red hair. The most remembered characteristic about this bird was his crazy and noisy laugh. He always was in troubles with his neighborhoods but at the end of the day everything got solved. The name of this cartoon is The crazy wood pecker. Courage the Cowardly Dog. The offbeat adventures of Courage, a cowardly dog who must overcome his own fears to heroically defend his unknowing farmer owners from all kinds of dangers and menaces that appear around their land. I have always wondered why they lived in the middle of nowhere and I will never find out. His last aired episode was in 2002. Rocket power. The show resolves around day to day adventures of middle-school age extreme sports enthusiasts who live in the fictitious Southern California beach, where they enjoy surfing, roller skating, skateboarding, bicycling, street hockey and more. I liked too much this cartoon because I can imagine doing all these things. His last aired episode was in 2004.
Dexters Laboratory Dexter was a genius-boy with a secret lab. He constantly battles against his sister Dee Dee, who always manages to gain access to his lab. He also engages in a bitter rivalry with his neighbor and fellow-genius Mandark. Pinky and the Brain are genetically enhaced laboratory mice who reside in a cage in the Acme Labs research facility. Brain is selfcentered and scheming; Pinky is good-natured but feeblemined. In each episode, Brain devises a new plan to take over the world which ultimately ends in failure. These only were someone of the good cartoons of my childhood. These never gets old in my mind so I can see cartoons the whole 8 life.

She has traveled a lot in all Mexico and got many medals. What sport do you practice? I practice “alterofilia” better acquaintance as raising weight. It consists of lifting the maximum possible weight and this sport divides in 2 movements in a competition; The first movement is the take-off “SNATCH” that is one movement from the floor even above of the head doing a squatting and the second is the “CLEAN EMBRION” which consists in 2 movements, the first one is from the floor to the chest doing a squat and the second is a push of the chest up of the head opening in scissors the legs. In the competitions the one that raises more in take-off gets a medal, who lifts more in embryo has another medal and the one that lifts more in the sum of the total also wins. Since when do you practice this sport? I begin to lifting weight to the age of 12 years old, in 2008. Why did you prefer this sport? Because this sport is something individual, it is really impressive the quantity of weight that a human being can raise despite of the fact that there exist many stereotypes like this is a sport for man, women can lead to lift almost the same weight or the same weight that men. How many days and hours do you train? From Monday until Saturday, in an average from 3 to 4 hours per day. My routine is in the morning, go to the school then I go out to eat in the street or in ciudad deportiva, to train and come to my house until 10 p.m. or 9 p.m.

Have you been present at competitions? Which ones? I have been present at enough competitions, regional, national Olympiads, competitions in California, Copa del Pavo in San Luis Potosi, a competition that was realized in Cuba, etc.
Have you gained medals or trophies? Yes, I have gained several times, I have been a national champion 2 times, I have medals of silver, bronze. In weight lifting they give you medals and not trophies. Do you consider a priority the sport in your life? It is not my priority, but it is important. First is the school and second the sport. I organize my times to be able to realize the 2 activities but in case of not achieving it, I would choose the school Have you suffered injuries while practicing this sport? As any athlete of high performance, the injuries are common and I have suffered muscular contractions in the back, legs, arms, etc. But the most serious situation that has ever happened to me was an operation of knee because I hurt myself in the national Olympiad of 2012. I had more than 1 year without training. Would you invite other persons to practice this sport? Yes, I would invite other persons because this sport is very stereotyped that is only for men, but it is a very entertaining sport, since the practice is individually, if you lose or win it is for you not for someone else, but you need cooperation with your trainer, the doctors and others. Have you travelled a lot for this sport? Yes, I have travelled very much since the national Olympiad sometimes is in Baja California, but it changes, i have gone to Yucatan, California, Veracruz, Guadalajara, Sonora, Sinaloa, several parts from the country but in addition they take us to concentrations of training in Cuba for 1 month with the trainer and equipment. I am for finishing the high school and i have an offer of scholarship in Lousianna's University for the lifting of weight. At the time my plan is to continue with my studies in The United States and to continue practicing this sport.

When Kieu was 12 years his mother forced her to take a job. First she was taken to the doctor to obtain a certificate of virginity. Then, she was carried to a hotel, where a man "maybe more than 50" raped her for two days. Those kind of stories are common in Svay Pak (Svay Pak is an ethnically Vietnamese village located in the Russey Keo District of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.). In 2013, the Freedom Project went to Cambodia with Oscar-winning actress and UNODC Goodwill Ambassador against Human Trafficking, Mira Sorvino. The result was "Every Day in Cambodia: A CNN Freedom Project Documentary," which looked at child sex trafficking in the country. Sorvino explained: "That the price originally for Kieu's virginity was of 1,500 but ultimately she only obtained 1,000, of which she gave $400 to the woman who brought her to the man. Her mother used the money to pay down a debt and for food.

Those who played the not violent games demonstrated more activity in the portions of the brain associated with the inhibition, concentration, selfcontrol and less activity in the areas connected with the emotional awakening.

There are many laws that define the universe. But the three newton laws are what best defines the motion that we see every day. We will be reviewing the three laws of newton, making emphasis in how it affects our lives. We will discuss about newton himself, his inventions, and how he was a genius in the field of physics; and also about the laws of physics, the knowledge it can provide and motion itself There is an equation to summarize one of the Newton laws, and that is F= m*a. Where “F” means force, “m” means mass, and “a” represents acceleration; this can explain many things in our everyday life, for example; When you are traveling in a plane, you can measure the speed, the force of the plane and even its mass. This equation also reads like this: “For an external applied force, the change in velocity depends on the mass of an object. A force will cause a change in velocity; and likewise, a change in velocity will generate force”. Newton was one of the most brilliant person that ever lived, he invented the predecessor of today’s calculus to solve the most hard physics problems, his IQ was somewhere
about 190, although this is an estimated number. He didn’t created the three laws of physics alone, he had a partner called Leibniz who was the opposite as Newton, personality wise, and the only thing they had in common was their intellect. Now, physics is one of the most important things we have discovered, physics is considered a branch of science in general concerned about nature, its properties and energy. The benefits of having this kind of knowledge are endless, and it has its own rules. Therefore not anything can happen if it first doesn’t obey the rules stated by physics; but with the newest discoveries, it may be. In the end, when we fully understand physics, matter, and energy, we may be able to answer every question ever made, and understand the universe that we live in.

The battle of Normandy, also known as the D-Day, took place on June of 1944, this was the invasion by and established of Western allied forces in Normandy during the operation Overlord, Through World War II. Operation Overlord was a codename referring to the planning and execution of specific military operations. This in specific was referring to an allied invasion of northwest Europe. The assault phase of Operation Overlord was known as Operation Neptune. This consisted in the landing of the allied troops in the beaches of Normandy. This operation began on DDay;6th June of 1944, and ended on 30th June of the same year. By the end of this period of time, the Allies had established firm foothold in Normandy. The majority of the troops deployed on the D-Day beaches were from U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom, However, many other troops participated in
this memorable battle, some of the remaining troops belonged to Belgium, Australia, France, and many more that got involved in the war. The reports of the dead Allies were around 156,000 troops in Normandy alone. 11,590 aircraft were available to support landings; and on DDay, Allied aircraft flew 14,674 sorties, and 127 of them got lost. Operation Neptune involved huge naval forces that included 6,939 vessels. By the end of 11th June, 326,547 troops, 54,186 vehicles and 104,428 tons of supplies had been deployed on the beach. This resulted in an strategically victory to the Allies, and key to defeating Hitler in WWII

In this how to, we are going to learn how to install and play different emulators for your pc, and how to make games work on them. First, we are starting off in your favorite browser; although I recommend Google chrome for the speed, it works with any browser you have. You can either type the address: www.doperoms.com which is my favorite site to download games and emulators, or you can type in a search engine for a site with emulators.
There are lots of emulators for the pc, such as GBA emulator, N64, SNES, Nintendo Gamecube, Wii, etc. The games for the emulators are called ROMs, in this site you can download most of these platforms games, there is just an exception with the emulators of the newest consoles, such as the Nintendo Wii, xbox360, ps3, etc. I’m going to focus more on the “Dolphin” emulator and the “Visual Boy Advance,” which are the Nintendo Gamecube/Nintendo Wii and the GBA emulators respectively, since these two are from the most popular ones. The next step, is clicking on the “Emuladores” link, and it will send you to where are the emulators are, here, you can download the 18 “Visual Boy Advance” and the “Dolphin” emulator.
Now these two emulators follow the same principle and are really easy to use, basically what you need to do is download a game (if it’s a GameCube game or Wii game It will come in an .ISO file) from your preferred page, and put it in a folder where you will storage your future games. Now, the emulator will look like this when you open it.
To start playing your downloaded game you need to click in the “Open” folder in the top left corner of the emulator, you go to the folder where your games files are, and just double-click it. Now, you’re ready to start enjoying your free emulated games.

The U.S. military is preparing to ask Canada to put new sensors in the Canadian Arctic so that they could be able to track different types of incoming missiles. The request is being made to the Unites States policy leaders, as well as the Canadian government. The head of the Canada-U.S. Norad program and of Northern Command Admiral William Gortney said that they don’t think they have a timetable just yet, and that they are bringing that up through their policy leaders, as well as with the Canadian government. He told a news conference at the Pentagon that it’s nearly time to replace the aging sensors in the Canada-U.S. North Warning System, along with an old Artic distant early warning line, the Cold War-era DEW Line. The government wants to replace them with newer technology that not only can see farther over the horizon, but also will be able to track other shorter-range cruise missiles. The U.S. military in the past years has voiced a hope for more versatile and efficient sensors in the Arctic. The new sensors would
be integrated into the U.S. missiledefense program, which Canada refused to join a decade ago, while also continuing monitoring the airspace with the U.S. at Norad.
The Canadian government its reviewing the half-in-half-out role in missile defence, but one of Canada’s ministers is waiting to see a review from the House of Commons Defence committee and hadn’t changed its position about the subject. Regarding the new sensors that the U.S. wants to put in the Arctic; Canada is constantly reviewing its security and defence requirements, but no decision has been made till today. Top 10 video games In this top 10, I’m going to talk about the most interesting and fun videogames I’ve ever played in my gaming history. As first place, there is Bioshock infinite; this is a first person shooter, but this game is not here for its play style, Bioshock reached the first place thanks to the story that develops throughout the game, the plot is about a man, that doesn’t have memories of what happened in the past and the first thing he sees is him in a boat with two strangers, and they tell him to bring them the girl, and they will wipe away his debt, so he tries; but as the game progresses it all gets involved in a paradox in time and gets really difficult to understand in the end. The second place goes to guitar hero. A game where you grab your guitar and start rocking the different songs this amazing game has, it has a great taste in rock music and you can even play as like if you where in a band, you could play this with your friends, or more competitive online. The number three in my list goes to Halo 2. This game is a futuristic First Person Shooter, you character is a Spartan unit known as Master Chief, the last one of the Spartans; in this game you fight against hordes of aliens that try to destroy human race, but there are also aliens that aren’t bad, and they side with you through the gameplay. You even get to play as an alien in certain parts of the campaign

The number four spot goes to Mario Kart, a fun racing game that all the family can enjoy, here you select a character to play with from the Mario universe, you select your kart and start racing in a road full of surprises for all the team and power ups that help you defeat other racers. Number five goes to Dance Dance revolution, this is a dancing game where you can either dance the songs alone, or compete against a friend in a very fun dance-off, every correct move you do in this game gains you points and after certain points you get a star for your level. The number six in my list is for super smash bros, I’ve been playing this game in different occasions since I can remember and is really fun to brawl with your friends and challenge them to a duel, this game uses multiple characters un the Nintendo universe and never gets boring.
The seventh place goes to need for speed carbon. This is a game I used to play in my childhood with my cousin, it is a really fun racing game where you can customize your current car or purchase better ones as you progress through the game, winning territories and racing in the canyon, the place where all the leader races where driven.

The eighth place goes to Mario party. This is a fun game to play with your family or friends, everyone chooses a character, select a map, and start rolling the dice to see who gets the most stars in the game, in the end, after all the challenges, the person with the most stars wins the game. The ninth place goes to Call of Duty, this is a modern FPS with a war story that gets more interesting the more you progress through the game, but the most played mode in this game is the multiplayer, everyone buys this game to get the multiplayer, where you can level your character and get better weapons and equipment as you level up.
And the 10th place in this list goes to Skyrim. An open world RPG where you are the chosen one. You get to kill dragons, wolves, and almost everything that moves with your incredible strength and powers that you develop through the story; you can forge, mount, buy a house, and do almost anything you want.

This trilogy tell us about a girl named Wendy who feels like a spot on a stripes family, her mother actually thinks that she can’t be her daughter till the point where she tried to kill her when she was six. After that incident her mother was sent to a mental hospital and she stayed with her brother matt and her aunt. When she turned sixteen years old, she met a boy named Finn, who made her heart beat faster than normal, but that also made her see the fact that she is actually more different of what she can really see, she hates all artificial flavors, hates soda, every single thing that is not natural; and maybe her mother wasn’t mistaken about her not being her child. After a lot of trouble, she finds out that Finn is her guardian, and that for keeping her loved ones safe, she need to leave with him, to their kingdom were she is the Trylle princes, and where her mother Elora is waiting for her, she also meets her new friends, Willa, Tove and Rhys . Is after this moment when all trouble comes up, Wendy is the princess, she must fight to keep her kingdom safe, but not only of the humans, but of the kingdom next door, the Vittra and their king. She will have to face a lot of trouble, fight, pain, hard decisions and be 34 selfless about her heart and feelings for Finn and put her kingdom first.
Paranormal By Kristen white “The twist that everyone expected” I couldn’t have said it better. Paranormalcy of the author Kristen White, is one of her first novel book that obtains such a big fame, this is a science fiction, mystery, adventure, and love novel that gets everyone engaged thanks to the context the author created for us. She manages to make our imagination fly far away from reality and get deeply into the story. Moments were you’ll understand all the feelings the characters: “I always feel cold”, as well as their fear, love and stress: “Can’t you see all that shiny all around her!?” you’ll feel like if you were running and fighting next to the character enemies.
It isn’t just about the plot of the story, but those little sentimental moments that make you fall in love with the characters. Besides our little Kristen gets some extra points for creating not a one book novel but a trilogy of the story, plus been able of mixing all the paranormal creatures either good or bad ones in one single story,

all of them hiding from the humans and the best part of it is the protagonist of the story who is a teenager, who everyone thought, even herself that she was a human... this girl it's part of the "I.A.P. C" (International agency of paranormal contention). She works to keep all the paranormal creatures on peace so that they don't disturb the human beings. Once you have started reading the book, you won't be able of stop, once you get to the first "drama moment" were you first find mystery and later turns into a love moment that will make your heart beat faster than normal. I should add that the author is brilliant, Paranormalcy is one of her first novel published by her and she got such fame that she deserves. Besides she hasn't let us down because each book is finished in a way that you feel satisfy with the ending. She never leaves a doubt, and still you wish to have the next book to keep reading.

I have gotten involved in many accidents, falling from a roof, falling from a skateboard and getting a scar on my eyebrow, I have had sprains all over my body (arms, legs, back…) also I almost drowned one time because I hit too hard the pool’s bottom with my head, and that’s only one part of the story, because medically I have a pretty long medical record, the most remarkable I guess are the stitches I got on my eyebrow, rather than when the doctor thought I needed appendix removal, but it was something completely different, they needed to do a gastroscopy… it was gross and horrible! I have pass through lots of ultrasounds, of the bladder, uterus, kidney, lymph, they also made one on my lower part of the back, but I don’t remember why… later on I had pass thru a surgery on an ovarian tumor, that last one was a real pain in more than one way, because all the doctors that attended couldn’t find out what was wrong they said it was a stress thing until one doctor that knew me from before sent me to a tomography were they finally found the tumor… I was scared to death… but everything was okay. I’m still here). I also got hospitalized many times, but one time I’ll never forget (plus the surgery one) was when I got all my neck’s lymph swollen and I couldn’t breathe, the problem was that I had a big horrible and nasty infection on my throat. That one was a five days of hospitalization, the funny thing is that hospital’s food is not that bad as everyone say… And right now I’m fighting against a big infection on my reins, for some reason I forget to drink water….and that’s big deal, I forget to drink water, and my reins start to hurt, they start to fail an get swollen until a point where you can see a pair of bulges on my back (on the lower part) then I feel pain and can’t even move. Each time that happens I need to go to the hospital. But I can say something that makes me remember that I’m not weak; I HAVE NEVER EVER BROKEN ANY BONE OF MY BODY. I think I got a reason to stay here longer… because those are big problems sometimes people can’t fight, but… I defeat them, and I’ll keep fighting. 37

It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since 1964. This game has some specific rules so the game can be done with balanced points and without any advantage for anyone. Also there are techniques and specific ways to hit the ball, and each player has also a specific position that can be changed with each play. The rules of the game
are not that simple but the most important one is about how many times the player’s touch the ball, the players (team) can touch it 3 times in each play, but the player (singular) can’t touch it twice, the point of this game is to score the as many points as possible, (of course more than the opponent), you can save the ball with any part of your body, (feet, arm, head, but you can’t grab it) you can’t stop the ball during the game.

The basic techniques for the game are Serve, Pass, Set, Attack, Block and Dig. You use serve at the beginning to start the game, the pass can be done with a low or high hit; the attack is done with 3 players, one of them receive the ball send it to the tosser and the tosser gives it to the killer so he hit it hard and score a point. Than the other team will have to try to block the attack, a pair of them will have to jump in front of the net and try to block it with the hands. The order of the players inside the court has 6 or 7 players (seven when the libero is inside), 3 players in front, 3 players in the back and the libero on the middle. The left front corner and the right back corner are the killers, the middle font one is the tosser, the libero is the one who saves the ball each time the other players can’t, his hit doesn’t count on the 3 hits thing, the back and the rest are players must
receive and send it to the tosser so he gives it to the killer were he need it. As we can conclude the volleyball game is a sport that need practice and that the rules have their “joke” mode, one you know the tricks, the way of play, the rules, once you learn how to do a kill and you manage to see who is the most important position in the game, you can actually enjoy watching it not only playing it, which is not that simple once you start playing because you really need to understand how is the game play, and how are you supposed to do the moves.

1. Why is depression generated in teenagers with family problems? Multiple factors, such as not well handling divorces, when parents influence the thoughts of the teens, when a parent is alcoholic, or use drugs, when parents compare between their children and others. 2. What are the main reasons that generate this depression? To know what generates depression, you first need to know if it really is a depression and not sadness, when the teenager feels he does not understand a situation, because the teenager at this stage deepens and aggravates all situations, in this case the variability is big.
3. How do the depressions affect the teenager at school? There is little interest in studying, for them it does not make sense to go to school because they feel forgotten, abandoned and neglected, low grades, hate classes. 4. How does it affect their day to day? He doesn’t attend school; he abandons extracurricular activities, cleaning and home obligations are ignored.
