CEED: EXPANSION MANAGER Role Description: The Expansion Manager will manage outreach activities to educational institutions in the area of expansion, with particular focus on establishing relationships and cooperation with educational institutions, as well as starting with the promotions of oGCDP to student market. The Expansion Manager will be final responsible for implementation of marketing activities and established corporations in the area. If needed Expansion Manager will be asked to deliver or co-deliver oGCDP experiences to recruited EPs.

Responsible for the outreach to educational institutions Conduct market research prior to initial outreach Co-Create and manage the recruitment process in the expansion market (Co)-Delivery of oGCDP experiences to EPs recruited Responsible for managing a expansion team

NST: New Sales Role Description: Business Development NSTs are responsible for selling National iGIP products, attending networking events and approaching companies as a representative of AIESEC Cambodia. Put your sales skills to the test with targeted iGIP sales, touch points with our members at sales trainings, and even be the first generation to build new national iGIP partnerships for the newest national products that are being developed now.

Background needed/required skills: ● Sales experience ● Strong grasp on the external relevance of AIESEC and iGIP ● Detail orientation ● Collaborative

Conducting sales for iGIP Education and Marketing Transitioning the accounts effectively to the MCVP iGIP
