INTRODUCTION Dear, Thank you for showing interest in organizing our new national conference Leadership Conference. Generation 2015 is all about taking bold and brave actions – so prepare your mindset and take on a challenge.
This conference will be addressing 2nd Gen2015 behaviour - PURPOSE.
Organizing a national conference in AIESEC Slovenia is an added value to the membership and leadership experiences we are offering to our members. It is certainly performing and learning opportunity that can lead you to new ambitions and learnings. What it takes to host a conference - responsibility, structure and communication. Conference host will be MC Apollo, so you will have the opportunity to work closer with us; in addition we will also provide you with all the support needed.

LEADERSHIP SEMINAR 7th - 8th February 2015
Purpose: Developing leadership pipeline in AIESEC Slovenia, also with further implementation of LEAD session; with organizing a seminar, we have a great opportunity for empowering our members to apply for a (new) leadership position. Delegates profile: EB, TL and all other members that are interested in developing their leadership potential Expected Delegates: 50 OC: 5-6 Date: 7th - 8th February Duration: 2 Days and 1 Night

Search for a site to host the conference Ensure the overall logistics of the conference run smooth Ensure the quality of the sessions – regarding materials and infra-structure Ensure pleasant stay for the delegates Help every other teamster especially regarding logistical needs Be responsible for the transportation before and during the conference (conference team and other possible transports) Be responsible for the themes of the parties, decoration, for creating the environment for people to have fun. Negotiate with the staff of the hotel everything about the parties and the dinner, such as special meals, drinks available, available places Assure that the Official Dinner will be a great, successful event, will impress our partners, alumni and all the members Ensure the logistics of the awards, deciding, coordinating and using the best resources (humans and materials) and conditions to deliver a great ceremony Delegates servicing Personal skills and Qualities: Work well under pressure, Inter-personal and communication skills (physical and virtual communication), Creative, Very meticulous and careful & Dynamic.
