CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES DELEGATES UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN DEVELOP IN AND CONTRIBUTE TO AIESEC, OWNERSHIP TOWARDS GOALS, UNDERSTANDING OF BASIC FUNCTIONAL STRATEGIES & THEIR RELEVANCE. Delegates refresh functional knowledge are re-engaged into AIESEC; while with that we are building leadership pipeline, increasing productiveness to contribute. Delegates are reconnected with their — why they're in AIESEC and build connection within team. They understand how to drive action in their entities.
