The vision of this redevoplment of market precincts was to connect buildings through an active loop on an upper level overlooking into the green areas. Porosity at ground level and connectivity at upper level has been inculcated along with response to context through elevational design considering the rich heritage of Hauzkhas.

The main structure material used are bamboo and laterite which are vernacular to the region. This also helps in generation work for the local craftsmen.

THE AQUA BOULEVARD BY JW MARRIOTT The aim is to provide tranquility to the user and an opportunity to escape from the busy city lives.



The Aqua Boulevard Where water, weather and sound interact to produce and overwhelming sense of tranuilit. The biophillic design makes an attempt to bring user closer to nature by enhancing the senses of sight, sound, touch and smell.


Bringing the water and nature inside and use of laterite and bamboo bring out rustic nature of the space.
