ART INFORMATION Digital Art - The preferred format is Adobe Illustrator with all fonts converted to outline. If sending a Photoshop file, it is imperative that it be layered. You can send other formats, but we MUST be able to output your art through Illustrator. Call with questions concerning format compatibility. Sending Art - E-mail to artmac@thermoserv.com. In order to speed the process, title the file with the purchase order number or imprint name and include this information in the subject line of the e-mail. Artwork sent via e-mail should be sent using some type of compression software to prevent file corruption and to reduce file size. Artwork Charge - To avoid delays and additional art charges, please supply the above. Any artwork requiring changes will be billed at $60(g) per hour. All art will be sized to fit maximum imprint area unless otherwise specified. We will keep artwork on file for 2 years. New charges will apply to re-orders after that period. Creative art is available and must be quoted. IMPRINT INFO/BASIC CHARGES Imprint Position Restrictions- Technical restrictions prevent the exact centering of artwork on some items. Set-Up Charges - $50(g) plus cost of merchandise, all applicable art charges and delivery charges. months and the imprint does not change. Typesetting - Up to five lines of copy at no charge. Additional lines - $60(g) per hour (1-hour minimum). Art Charge - $60(g) per hour (1-hour minimum). Ink Color - We will match your designated PMS colors as closely as possible, however, a perfect match cannot be guaranteed, especially on colored products. Standard colors are available.(see next page) PMS color match $35(g). No charge on orders over 2500 units. Additional Imprint Color Charges- Additional charges are defined on each product page. Change of Copy/Ink - If a change of copy/ink color is required during production run, add $35(g) per color. The minimum quantity per change is defined by case counts noted on each product page. PROOFS - PRE-PRODUCTION/SPEC SAMPLES Paper Proofs - Faxed black and white paper proofs are available at no charge. Color paper proofs are $20(g) each. Paper proofs will show exact size and placement of imprint on product. Any applicable art charges will also apply. Digital Proofs are available at no charge and required on all digitally produced orders unless a waiver of proof approval is submitted. Pre-Production Proofs/Speculative Samples Set-Up Charges - $50(g) plus cost of merchandise, all applicable art charges and delivery charges. Repeat set-up charges will apply upon receipt of actual order. Random Samples - Billed at end quantity plus freight. Sample Orders must be made by fax and include an American Express, Visa or MasterCard number for processing. Sample orders ship within 24 hours and are non-returnable. Samples are shipped via a ground carrier unless otherwise requested. A Federal Express or UPS account number is required to process requests for next day, second day or 3 day shipments. Blank Samples - Unfortunately, we do not stock blank samples in our sample department. Orders for blank goods are available at catalog minimum requirements.

ORDERING INFORMATION Purchase Orders - Orders accepted in full case quantities only. All orders must be in writing. Phone orders cannot be scheduled into production. Changes to orders already in the system will incur a $25(g) charge per change. Changes must be confirmed in writing and are subject to any incurred art, proof and set-up charges. Changes to orders will affect ship time and will not be guaranteed to ship as originally scheduled. Payment Terms - Net 30 days to approved accounts. Cash in advance for new customers, including estimated freight, unless prior credit arrangements have been made. Credit terms are net 30 days from date of shipment. Cash in advance orders are not placed into production until payment is received. American Express, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Please provide account number, expiration date, name as it appears on the card and the billing address. Delivery - Normal production time for 1 and 2 color imprinted items in catalog quantities is 10 working days from receipt of art approval. For an order to be considered ready for production, we must have the following information: purchase order number, billing address, item number, description, color(s), quantity, camera ready artwork (either hard copy or via e-mail), ship date requested, shipping method, ship to address and any other special instructions. If placing an exact reorder - Reference to previous Purchase Order will help expedite the location of your artwork. Production begins upon completion of any clarifications and upon credit approval.

HOW TO ORDER SHIPPING Method of Shipment- FOB Point: We will ship using the best method, unless specified differently on purchase order, from Dallas, Texas prepaid and added to invoice. C.O.D. is not available. We are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier. Weights specified in the catalog are approximate and are used to estimate freight charges. Split Shipments- $35(g) for each additional shipment. Full case quantities only. Drop Shipments- $10(g) for each destination after the first. Full case quantities only. Handling Charges apply and will be added to your invoice total. Special Packaging & Shrink-Wrapping - Available for some products. Call for information. Co-op Pricing- Call for information. Cancellations- $35(g) cancellation charge plus any incurred art and proof charges. Cancellations must be received in writing and will not be accepted after production begins. Over Runs & Under Runs- Orders are accepted for full case quantities only. Although we attempt to ship exact quantities, we reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% over or under the order quantity. Returns - Merchandise may only be returned with authorization and must have an RGA number provided by ThermoServ. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Claims must be made within 7 days of invoice date. Color/Shade Variance- Due to the process of manufacturing materials, we cannot guarantee exact color matches within orders or on repeat orders. Products with like-named colors in different materials may not be an exact color match. Trademarks- ThermoServ assumes clients are authorized to use trademarks sent to us for imprinting. We assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes. The logos, designs, insignias and trademarks that are imprinted on products in our catalog have been reproduced only as examples of our printing capabilities. They are not presented for resale nor are they to be construed as product or brand name endorsements by or for the trademark owner(s). Product Care- Hand wash all drinkware with mild detergent prior to first use. We recommend that you do not place any stainless steel products in the dishwasher or microwave. To reduce fading and ensure longer imprint life, avoid harsh detergents, rinse agents and commercial dishwashers. Collections- Accounts requiring collection will be liable for all collection costs which includes fees and expenses incurred in the collection process. Liability Claims -All merchandise becomes the customer’s property upon delivery by the carrier. Lost shipment claims must be made in writing within seven (7) days of the ship date. Damaged shipment claims must be made directly with the carrier.
