PREMIUM TENSILE MEMBRANES

One of the key considerations for the roof structure is the choice of membrane material - PVC-coated polyester or PTFE-coated fibreglass. MakMax Australia offers a range of the best PVC and PTFE membranes in the world from suppliers who have passed our rigorous quality testing and share our commitment to quality, longevity and performance. We recommend membranes with the most suitable properties for attractive and long-lasting tensile membrane structures.

While both PVC and PTFE are durable and hard-wearing materials, PTFE membranes have a significantly longer life-span, maintaining their performance under much harsher conditions.

HARDWARE

» We use high-quality galvanised steel over-fabric valley cables.

» All hardware (Nuts, Bolts Washers etc) is Australian Made and galvanised for extended life.

GUTTERS & DOWNPIPES

» Guttering and drainage are designed to match historical annual rainfall data.

» We include premium Colorbond half-round gutters and painted PVC downpipes, as well as proprietary rainwater sumps at each low point of the leaning arch structure.

» Stormwater design compliant with AS3500.

» All works on MakMax Australia TensoSport canopies are carried out by our highly-skilled design & construction team with over a decade of experience installing sporting canopies.

» We can work with your preferred surface or playground installer if you have not yet laid your courts, or work over-the-top of your surface.
