Post Important Documents The mobile app administrator can upload Pdf documents and create intake forms.

Request Access or Guest Users can sign-up by requesting an account or continue as a “Guest User.” The admin will receive all requests and manually accept members once they are verified.

Increase Chapter Funding Apps increase donations because it makes the process easy and accessible to users. Mobile App Description of a mobile app custom-developed specifically for the Edge Radio. It will allow members to keep their information secure and communicate more effectively. Welcome Screen User will download from the Apple and Google Play store. Once the St Paul mobile app is downloaded, we invite the user with a simplistic screen that welcomes them. Message Permissions The next screen on the St Paul mobile app will ask the user for permission to send pushmessages to their smart-device.

Main Home Screen Once the welcome and permission screens are complete, the user will come to the main- screen of the app. Guest users will only have access to features approved by the Admin. Main Menu The main menu is where all features are located. Its accessed by clicking the icon in the top left corner on the main screen. Once selected the menu will slide out. Recommended Guest User Tabs: Chapter Info, Social Media, Donations, Share App and Member Access Request.

1. Authorization AME NOW, Houston is engaging

Edge Radio as an independent contractor for the EDGE RADIO web app development, deployment, hosting, & support.

2. Payment Fees to AME NOW a re due in

accordance with the above-listed pricing table. Fees for monthly services will be invoices on the 1st business day of each calendar month and are due on a net-30 basis. All payments will be made in USD.

3. Completion EDGE RADIO and AME NOW

must work together to complete the project in a timely manner. AME NOW agrees to work expeditiously to complete the project no later than the launch date (depending on the date of acceptance of the agreement).

4. Assignment of Project [AME NOW

reserves the right to assign subcontractors to this project to ensure the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion.

5. Revision During Execution EDGE RADIO

may be charged additional fees if it decides to make changes to the agreed-upon project scope and objectives.

6 . Legal & License AME NOW warrants that the functions contained in this project will meet EDGE RADIO requirements and that the operation will be reasonably error-free AME NOW. In no event will AME NOW be liable to EDGE RADIO or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate this app, even if AME NOW has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

7. Copyrights & Trademarks EDGE RADIO

represents to AME NOW and unconditionally guarantees that any elements furnished to AME NOW for inclusion in the project are owned by EDGE RADIO, or that AME NOW has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend AME NOW and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by EDGE RADIO.

8 . Copyright to Project AME NOW guarantees that all aspects of design and construction of the project will be disclosed to SHILOH upon completion, and full code, copyrights and ownership will be the sole property of EDGE RADIO.

A G R E M E N T

9. Sole Agreement

The agreement contained in this Contract constitutes the sole agreement between [AME NOW and SEDGE RADIO regarding this project. Any additional work not specified in this contract must be authorized by a written change order. All prices specified in this contract will be honored for thirty dat (30) after both parties sign this contract. Continued services after that time will require a new agreement.

10. Initial Payment & Refund Policy If EDGE

RADIO halts work and applies for a refund within 4 days, work completed shall be billed at the hourly rate of hourly rate, and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to EDGE RADIO. If, at the time of the request for
