“Back in Queensland” ….. continuing on with my mission!

One story I heard, especially at a time when there is so much juvenile crime being committed around our country touched me and I wish this project all success.

A former jackeroo in New South Wales north is mending more than just fences by taking in troubled teens and helping them turn their lives around.

This is such an amazing cause. To those in areas such as Townsville and Cairns, right across to Kunnunara in WA Youth crime is a huge issue. All I’m hearing in my head is “Fortunate Son” playing on repeat , this is absolutely bloody incredible, this 1966 Vietnam Veteran Huey chopper run by Heli Biz is not only just a Warbird but is in immaculate flying condition.

The history of this aircraft really makes you think, especially doing low passes over the rainforest of Vietnam and of just how tough the veterans of Vietnam would have had it fighting in Jungle terrain.

We have to thank every one of them for doing their bit to keep Australia safe.
