This playground has recently had a makeover and it’s sure to become a favourite. The shady trees have been retained and more plants added, giving it a delightful setting. Three wooden pelicans overlook the park, introducing its sea theme.

Play equipment includes a birds nest, multiperson spinner, and a domineering octopus to climb. A fish springer (possibly prey for the octopus) is particularly striking.
The freshly marked netball/basketball court features a netball hoop one end and basketball hoop the other. Hopscotch and four square are marked out for less formal games.
There’s plenty of rocks and logs for stepping and jumping, and lots of climbing elements including a ship-shaped frame with many rope holds leading to a crows nest. Pretend play elements include a little cubbie and a story telling corner
Wide paths and access mats have been used to aid access to some of the features, though the equipment itself is not disability accessible. Selfappointed playground fairies have established a lost and found tub which was already full of clothes and drink bottles!
If you are in need of refreshments Pint of Milk café is just around the corner and Ocean Breeze Fish and Chips is also close.
Picnic shelter, seating, drink taps. No toilets.
