• Support senior architect in developing design and presentations.
• Creating architecture drawings and 3D models using software like AutoCAD and sketchUp.
• Worked closely with other team members including engineers and project managers to ensure design feasibility.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including specifications, reports, and MOM.
• Familiarize with building codes and regulations to ensure designs meet legal requirements.

1. MARQUIS VILLAS, NAGOA (GOA)
BRIEF ABOUT THE PROJECT
The plot accommodating 9villas with private pools features a thoughtfully arranged layout that prioritizes privacy & views. Each villa, approx. 350-400sqm showcase slopping RCC roof. The plot has a 710sqm open space in the center. The design harmoniously blends luxury, privacy & community, maximizing the potential of the site.

3. KURUNGWADI VILLAS, IGATPURI
DESIGN CONCEPT
Nested within 64 acres of diverse contours in Kurungwadi, this site presents a unique opportunity for an innovative community. The planned 60 villas in Plot B & 99 Plots in Plot A are thoughtfully positioned at varying elevations, creating dynamic landscape that enhances privacy & views. A gentle river flows through the property, providing a natural centerpiece, while lush gardens & communal spaces invite residents to connect with nature.

- Organized the placement of plot and access routes for optimal use of space.
- Worked on SketchUp to create initial design concept.
- Renders on Lumion.

5. VARIO- ASIAN TAPAS BAR
Bandra, Mumbai (Maharashtra)
Project Type- Commercial Area- 705 sqm. Status- Completed
PROJECT BRIEF
Vario- A vibrant tapas bar & restaurant that truly embodies the spirit of ‘variety’. It’s a celebration of Asian culture and cuisine.
Cultural Fabric: The ceiling is adorned with exquisite fabric sourced from different Asian countries, each piece adding its unique texture and story to the ambiance. This design element is a tribute to the diverse and colorful heritage of Asia.
Botanical Inspiration: We have carefully selected plants that are indigenous to various parts of Asia, bringing a touch of nature and authenticity into the space.
