2022-2023 Preschool Registration
The City of Manassas Park, Parks and Recreation preschool is a licensed and Virginia Quality rated program. Our curriculum emphasizes recreation with creative programs that encourage participation. • Your child MUST be potty trained. • Parents must register online through Camp Doc (visit our website for more information) • Upload a copy of your child’s birth certificate, health physical form, and immunization record. • There is a $60 non-refundable annual registration fee per child. • New parents must attend a mandatory orientation

GENERAL
To participate, children must be potty trained and not yet enrolled in Kindergarten.
◊WCRB Dragon Tots◊
(Ages 3-4) WCRB’s Dragon Tots class is an early childhood development martial arts program taught by Master Geoff Thompson. This class focuses on courtesy, discipline, and respect. Students will develop fine and gross motor skills and enhance their problem solving skills while learning how to interact with others. $50/month for one class per week; $80/month for two classes per week.

(Ages 3-5) This beginner soccer class focuses on basic foot movement, ball control, passing, teammwork, and other fundamentals. $50/M; $55/R; $60/NR

(Ages 3-5) Let’s get moving! In this class, we’ll learn to play classic games such as kickball, freeze tag, and more- all while developing coordination and gross motor skills. $50/M; $55/R; $60/NR.

Free Lifeguard Certifications are valid only for Manassas Park, Parks and Recreation facilities and expire in 1 year. The Lifeguard course is taught in a blended learning format. Students must be at least 15 years old. Students must complete the online portion of the course before attending the final in-water portion. Prerequisite swim testing includes water competency (ability to submerge, swim just 25 yards, and tread water for 1 minute) and a timed event (walk or swim 20 yards, pick up a 10lb object in 3 feet of water, and walk or swim back 20 yards. Must be completed in 50 seconds).
